Wouldn’t stay here again.

We arrived around 12:30 am with 2 young children that needed rest after being in the car all day, between 7am and 9:30 am our door was
probably pounded on and opened up about 6 times. Check out was not until 11, I do not know why this kept happening. I let the front desk lady know when I was leaving and she just said sorry, I'll take care of it, but that was not a good experience for us and our family and no discount or anything was offered.

Pros:

Excellent location near the stadium. Large suites with very comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was really good, especially the variety of fresh fruit available. Excellent friendly and responsive service from Jeff who made sure our coffee was fresh and hot. Thank you, Jeff!!

Excellent breakfast vibe
Pros:

Staying here with family for an event. Breakfast was filling and had excellent options. Jeff was our host and was an absolute delight. He greeted us with a smile, kept the coffee fresh and ensured all was good with our table and meals. We were tired from a day of travelling and having a friendly face was nice

Pros:

I love a complimentary breakfast and the spread here was great! Shredded cheese and pico de gallo for my scrambled eggs - delicious. Jeff was our charming breakfast host and elevated our experience.

Rooms were nice and clean staff was nice friendly and hotel was clean and smelled great

Cons:

How the heat control works with the air it was confusing and didn't like how they take out $50 per room for if you want to purchase something or breakfast automatically and if you don't they refund it to your card 2 to 3 business day's later that's stupid

Location was good for what we booked for.

Cons:

Booked specifically bc it said onsite parking and restaurant/bar for our later evening arrival / not wanting to get back out after checking in. Parking all around hotel said you will be towed if you park there and had to park in overflow parking across the road. The bar / restaurant was closed (it was 6:45pm on a Friday night). The elevator closest to where we had to park was broken. Our phone in our room was broken so had to walk back down to get extra linens for the pull-out sofa bed. There was a large group there for some sort of conference. They were loudly up and down the halls until at least 4am (when we had to get up), we heard hallway chatter and slamming doors all night long. Not a very comfortable, restful stay to say the very least. And not like we could notify front desk with a broken phone. We will not be back.

It’s was ok.
Cons:

Had I known the pool wasn’t heated and very cold and there was no hot tub I would have booked else where. Very disappointed in this but that’s not the hotels fault. That’s my own fault for not looking into it more.
