Personal muy amable. Bien equipado aunque le iría bien una actuación. Desayuno bueno y variado. Piscina muy bien. Parking en el establecimiento.

Le personnel était très sympathique.
Ils nous ont fourni un lit bébé gratuitement. Le petit déjeuner était bien complet.
Belle piscine par contre pas chauffée, avec un bébé c’était limite mais pour nous parfait

Fijn hotel maar onvriendelijke man achter de balie.

Fijne bedden en goede locatie

Cons:

Het personeel was vreselijk. Het was een bloedhete dag. Bijna 45 minuten moeten wachten bij de balie (omdat die ook problemen hadden met de vervelende man achter de balie) totdat we konden inchecken en toen we eenmaal ingecheckt waren ging het zwembad dicht. Was toch wel erg fijn geweest na een lange dag in de auto als de kinderen kort een plons konden maken.
In het restaurant was geen plek, dat kan natuurlijk, we hadden ook niet gereserveerd. Pizza laten bezorgen maar mochten we nergens opeten. Vriendelijke man van het restaurant gaf ons nog bestek maar die vervelende man achter de balie gaf aan dat dat niet mocht. Dus buiten op de stoep moeten gaan zitten.

Hôtel très pratique
Pros:

Après avoir lu les avis très mitigés sur l'hôtel, j'étais un peu inquiète.
Au final, la chambre était très confortable et propre. C'était calme et bien insonorisé.
Le ménage n'a pas été fait tous les jours ou "à moitié" (pour 3 nuits)
Petit déjeuner correct.
Parking gratuit sur le toit.
Certes, peut être pas la classe d'un 4 étoiles mais vraiment très bien pour un tarif plus que raisonnable.

Cons:

La climatisation trop forte (réglable dans la chambre). Pourquoi de tels gaspillages d'énergie ?

Chambre confortable.
Bon petit déjeuner dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

* C'est un avantage d'avoir une piscine et l'eau était bien fraîche et agréable.
Cependant si je peux rajouter un commentaire pour aider à l'amélioration, il manquerait un peu d'entretien quotidien : passer le balai tout autour de la piscine et terrasse (les feuilles et poussières s'étaient accumulées sur plusieurs jours), le pédiluve était dans un médiocre état, et les parois de la piscine manque d'un bon nettoyage, on voit la démarcation. Aussi les clients utilisateurs de la piscine fumaient, mangeaient et mettaient leur musique autour de la piscine, ça gâche la tranquillité des lieux, c'est dommage.

* Le dimanche soir on est censé pouvoir commander des snackings et avoir accès au bar (c'est même affiché dans l'ascenseur), cependant quand on a demandé à l'accueil le dimanche soir (on est rentré à l'hôtel sans prévoir à manger er en connaissance de cause), on nous a indiqué qu'il n'y avait rien le dimanche soir.
