Pros:

le petit-déjeuner et surtout le dîner, le restaurateur très aimable et arrangeant car nous sommes arrivés un peu après la limite du service en salle.

Cons:

le parking souterrain, à chaque fois nous devions faire un code différend pour entrer ou sortir ; virage un peu juste, pas "terrible" pour 12€.
Nous n'avons pas pu accéder à la salle de sport (mon fils aurait aimé essayer) certains appareils étant endommagés et non remplacés.
Le personnel bien qu'étant accueillant sont plus habitués à des commerciaux de passages qu'à des particuliers, ce qui occasionne aucun contact humain (des stagiaires certainement), regrettable.

The bedrooms were run down and had lamps where the cables were exposed and dangerous. The staff were rude and not very helpful. Caught staff doing press ups in the reception first thing. They hadn’t recorded our payments for the frozen pizza or room, so wanted proof of payment. Generally the whole experience was shocking.

Prima tussenstop langs de snelweg met veilige parkeergarage.

Goede rustige kamer en vrolijke barman, veilige parkeergarage

Cons:

De entree naar hotel en de parking was geblokkeerd door een touringcar, die vreemd geparkeerd stond. Daardoor konden we het in eerste instantie niet vinden en moesten achteruit manoeuvreren om in de parking te komen; ook was daarvan de intercom kapot.

Le comportement des serveurs lors du dîner :
Malgré une possibilité de commande des repas annoncée jusqu'à 21h30 à l'accueil, nous avons attendu de 21h à 21h20 avant qu'on nous demande ce que nous voulions boire & manger, en poussant des soupirs et nous annonçant que vu l'heure, il ne fallait pas s'attendre à avoir grand choix.
Ensuite, nous avons encore dû attendre 25 minutes avant de pouvoir dîner des plats quelconques

La propreté dans les couloirs :
Des personnes ayant dîné dans leur chambre avaient déposé leur plateau devant la porte de chambre, le matin à 8h30, les plateaux étaient encore parterre, dans le couloir, avec les restes à l'air libre, les déchets, ...
