I had a great pleasure to deal with Cleveland at the front desk. I believe he was training but he was so unbelievably professional., courteous and was able to get me into my room to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday while on a business trip. He was so cool and very accommodating. I appreciate it very much, man. You’re gonna do great things there. Keep up the good work.!!

The rooms were very clean and they had everything. The king bed was super comfortable, had a little bar area with a really good coffee maker, extra towels and they were really good quality, instant hot water in the shower, and very quiet. I didn't mention the coffee bar downstairs which you could get anything - light or dark coffee (regular or decaf), expresso or latte, maybe some more I didn't see. Then they throw in breakfast next door at Denny's. Also the staff from the front desk to the maids were very friendly and helpful.

Wow, this hotel knows customer service. The staff at the front desk is welcoming and friendly. Steven and Cynthia made our stay so very enjoyable right from the time we checked in. The hotel is clean and no small detail was missed. Thanks for the great hospitality and memories.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish!!! Beds comfortable, plenty of amenities. Indoor pool and hot tub were in clean, working condition. Staff was friendly (new employee begins with a C) and efficient signing us up for member rewards. Cost of room was fair. We will be back for sure! 2 satisfied customers.

Impressive. Clean. Close to I-5 but very quiet. I was greeted by Misty, a cheerful and helpful employee who offered me coffee/espresso and a really good cookie which was perfect after my long drive. Room was spacious. I will definitely stay here again.

Front Desk was always amazing, good people especially Misty, she was always welcoming and helpful answering our questions. The rooms were always clean high quality.

This was my first time staying here. The front desk lady Misty was very polite and informative of the rooms and hotels. She was even proactive in making sure my truck did not get towed away while parked on the premises. Thank Misty for a wonderful stay!
