Tight but clean room, ok breakfast, the staff was amazing, however it would be a good idea to add a chair in the room.

Very good hotel, nice rooms, very good position and people very kind with guest in reception. Also the room was big and the bathroom clean. They also served breakfast in the morning from 7am- until 11 am. Everything was so good. We recommend it.

I love coming to the Fitzgerald hotel, u get the old san francisco feel with a modern day feel. Made my unexpected trip a better experience. Would recommend to anyone who wants a true feel of the beautiful city of San Francisco

Quick check in, location is nearby downtown and easy to commute by bus around. Convenience is great and free breakfast provided

Absolutely amazing stay! Super comfy beds, fantastic coffee, and incredibly spacious rooms with a mini fridge and microwave. Truly exceeded my expectations!

Value for money. Great location. Near to many nice restaurants and food places. Japantown and Chinatown was within walking distance. Accessible by BART to the airport.

The staff is exceptionally responsive and handled with respect. Mr. Ahmad aka AK, the front desk staff, is exceptionally kind and helpful. If required, they can arrange for room service we need to mention at the desk everyday morning.
The location is conveniently situated close to the city and the neighborhood is pleasant. They will upgrade the room if it's available with small fee. I would strongly suggest booking a queen size bed for two individuals.

This hotel has a very good location to reach many places in San Francisco including downtown and airport. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Rayan at the reception made us feel very welcomed. Coffee and tea available at the reception area all day. I would recommend this hotel.

1. The front desk staff were very pleasant & helpful
2. The mattress was good quality & very comfortable
3. There was a leak in my bathroom ceiling & dirty water dripped onto my toilet & flooded the floor. I let the front desk staff know 4 days in a row but nothing was done to fix this situation.

Never ordered this hotel - typical froud. I did not stay this "hotel" and will try to get my money back from Expedia.
