Overall our stay was wonderful!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Chris, our cook, server, waitress, was awesome! She was very friendly and sweet! Between her and Tristan, because of them, our stay was wonderful!

Cons:

Tristan informed us that the property was up for a remodel and I agree, our visit would have been exceptional if all the little things were fixed. Little things such as, peeling wall paper, rust on ironing board and clothes hanging rack and above bathroom door. These may be considered cosmetic things, but "little things" add up!

It was ok for a last min have to wouldn’t stay again .

It was beautiful walking in . KLyons I believe is her name was the best guest service girl ever she’s truly a sweetheart ! She made sure my kids had cookies and helped us with ice since the machine was down . A

Cons:

The rooms were clean and tidy the younger cleaning girl was super sweet . Only issue is $150 deposit because we live in Sumiton 20 min from the hotel should had said I’m
From TN we stayed due to getting a new home placed . They key cards had to be reset nightly that was annoying . They also only clean rooms 2 days a week so do t stay -tue-sat like us .

Travelers beware as we got Bed Bug bites…
Pros:

Location and staff. Breakfast was what you’d expect but well stocked on items.

Cons:

Bed Bugs!! We had problems with our first room as the “foldout” couch was blocked in by a tall wardrobe cabinet. Moved us to another room where furniture has to be moved around to use the couch. One sheet to cover mattress and a thin blanket was all we got no standard sheet or extra blankets. Nothing offered.
Foldout was definitely uncomfortable and outdated. Couch and cushions were disgusting and dirty.
Next day on road home myself and another traveler noticed the bites. Myself around head, face, and neck. Others had bites on their legs, arms, and neck as well.
Contacted hotel next morning and booking. Was told 24 hours for response by Booking. Hotel person stated manager would call me with 24 hour period as well. No one followed up. I reached back out to Booking 72 hours later and told same 24 hour response from cust rep. Still nothing.
Horrible experience overall but fortunately we didn’t take any luggage in to have any bugs travel home with us.
