Very nice and clean hotel.
Pros:

Nice & clean. The rooms appear updated. It’s conveniently situated and reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

Cons:

The only problem I had was the tv wouldn’t work. I called the front desk & they said someone would come to check it. No one came to fix & I gave up.

Great Alternative to the High Price Rooms at the Casino
Pros:

We were headed to a concert at Wild Horse Pass Casino and this La Quinta offered a significantly lower room cost than staying at the casino which is nearby. There is free off-street parking which can be tight on a busy night. It is a convenient location right off the highway near Chandler Blvd. It is walking distance to a Cracker Barrel and a couple convenience store/gas station, and a short drive to most other retail, restaurants and sites. We experienced a friendly quick check in. The building has four stories and an elevator. It has a gorgeous pool and hot tub area. There is also a fitness room. The hotel is pet friendly. We had a spacious room with a 3-drawer bureau, desk with chair, 2 lounge chairs, double nightstands with a king bed. We had a self-contained bathroom with individual toiletries. There was an excellent free hot breakfast with sausage links, fried eggs, waffles and other continental items. We had a microwave, mini fridge with freezer section, coffee maker, iron & board and hair dryer. There was free reliable internet and a free accessible ice machine.

We had at list 3 rooms and our friends had 3 rooms we all expected better service

Cons:

The key cards were horrible every day had to visit reception and they were rude at times specially the lady and old man whom was bringing his pet treating my kids like they are thugs felt like it was a racial thing with him.pool wasn’t too clean

Pros:

I loved the soft clean pillows to rest, ive been exhausted from driving a long time and working all day, this was a co fort to come too.

Cons:

I had to walk all the around fron the parking that was available to an opened door and couls t see well my way through the dark lit parking lot. It wasn't lit up at all.

Pros:

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and overall it was a comfortable stay. I would suggest staying in rooms on the pool side rather than the road side, as they are much quieter.

Cons:

The room keys were very sensitive to being near mobile phones or other cards, and I had to replace them several times because they stopped working and I could not open the door. The same issue also happened to two other guests.

Location to the 10 in both directions and very convenient to the airport.
Staff was excellent.

Cons:

The clothes closet! The door was on a hinge and slammed shut as you tried to access it and just needed a stopper. Without it, absurd effort to access the closet.

Gracious staff, easy location
Pros:

Excellent location - convenient to airport and destinations. and staff was super. Clean. Did not end up having breakfast - should have planned better not to pay for that.
Be sure to request housekeeping gif you want your bed made or trash collected.
One gripe - the closet door (I always unpack and hang things) is on a swing hinge and no way to prop it open so very inconvenient to get in and out of it to get things. Weird design. Aisa at front desk was awesome.
