Easy access and right off the FWY
We loved that we had a full hot breakfast, it was exactly what we needed to start of the second day of our road trip. The kids liked it and it fueled us for the morning.
It really was excellent and we have no complaints.
The location was really convenient for me. Came into town because of a family medical emergency. This place is close to the Chandler hospital and also close to relatives. Nice comfy beds to sink into and the price was excellent 👌
I liked everything about this place. It is dog friendly and they have an elevator.
Friendly staff
We got in late and we were tired. Apon leaving in the morning, we were checking the room for personal belongings and pulled back the covers. When we did there were reddish- brown stains that we had slept on. As we were checking out we showed the pictures to the guy at the desk who said they looked like bed bugs and to wash all of our stuff in hot water. I asked if a manager was on the property and he said yes but he is busy. I filled a dispute through booking.com and will be call the property to discuss a refund and all the supplies needed to wash clothes in a laundry mat amd the cost it self. Check your bedsheets before you sleep in them.
Staff was extremely nice and polite.
Hotel was really clean, pool area for the kids was great.
Fitness center is pretty complete.
The area has everything from food, coffee, gas stations, stores, etc.
Not that I didn’t like it but maybe a little more variety on the breakfast.
The room was clean once I arrived. Front desk had excellent customer service and very friendly. Breakfast was classic and delicious. Overall, my stay was excellent.
