Não foi um bom custo-benefício, mas não é horrível
Pros:

Muito bem localizado, em frente aos jardins do Palácio Real e próximo a boas opções de restaurantes, fizemos bastante coisa a pé, mas confortável para uma estadia um pouco mais curta.

Cons:

Não sei se foi por conta da visita do papa à Madri, mas os preços das acomodações estavam muito elevados e, realmente, esse hotel não foi um bom custo-benefício. Instalações antigas, banheiro sem muitas amenidades, restaurante interno caro pro que oferecia, staff nada simpático. Se o preço fosse mais acessível, seria justo, mas definitivamente não valeu à pena.

BUEN HOTEL PARA UNA ESTANCIA EM MADRID
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, desayuno muy completo, buena relación calidad-precio y buena atención del personal.

Cons:

Está todo muy bien. Por poner una pega, el hotel precisa remodelar mobiliario y decoración, que se quedaron obsoletos.

I had another great stay at this hotel. On the first night, I noticed that the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working. As soon as I reported it, they changed my room immediately without any hassle. The staff were also kind enough to lend me a charger for my AirPods, as I had forgotten mine at home. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This is already my fourth stay at this hotel, which says a lot about how much I enjoy staying here. The breakfast was good, and the location is excellent.

Cons:

It would be nice to receive a loyalty discount, as I’m a returning guest. Also, my room was close to the elevator, so there was a little bit of noise, although it didn’t really bother me.
