Family that ran the place was so nice. Bed was super comfy.
The floor in our room turned the soles of our socks black, lol.
The staff was nice and the area has lots of food and even a Walmart Supercenter across the street. So it’s a convenient location. The rooms are also very big.
It’s disgusting. We had a tiny roach, the floors were very sticky and dirty, the room in total was just gross and outdated, it was very humid, the AC/heat system carried a horrid smell, and you can hear EVERYTHING that’s going on outside the room and next door. Would have been a much better stay if they would take more time to detail the room during cleaning and replace dirty lamps. One of our keys didn’t work properly. Also felt very unsafe, you can tell there’s some “interesting” activity going on there, and our door handle was broken.
Nice location very convenient
Room smelled like sewage and very bad. Dirty sock which I reported in the floor by window. Smell was so bad had to go to cvs and get air fresheners. Very bad experience

They had a great staff the rooms were very clean and neat and the breakfast was good too

Bathroom floor was sticky. Several times throughout the night the guests in the room above us were moving about their room and we could hear footsteps. We had had a long drive and were exhausted so we were able to go right back to sleep but it wasn't a good nights sleep. In the morning the smell of whatever they were smoking or vaping had entered through the bathroom vent. It wasn't marijuana but whatever it was it was extremely strong. We packed up and left without shaving or showering. No breakfast. We just got out as quickly as we could. The thought of that toxic smell in the room while we slept was very disturbing. I did stop by the front desk and notified the staff. They asked what room we were in and said that they were sorry this had happened and why hadn't we ask for another room? We didn't smell that odor until we stepped into the bathroom in the morning. I feel like we should have gotten a refund or a credit toward another stay but nothing was offered. I do understand that you can't control what guests do especially when it is discovered after the fact, but we will think twice before we book again at Best Western.
Room had 1 coackroach running out of blanket,floor sticky & dirty, bad chemical smell, smelled like Indian cooking, bathroom edges unclean. So sad to see Best Western chains go down in cleanliness and up in price no way can I go back to that BW in AL
Smell, roach, uncleanliness of room, my husband has cancer on our way to MO but that stay was not good for him to breath.
