Accommodations were not as advertised when I booked the reservation. I specifically booked this hotel for the indoor heated pool which was suddenly “not in season” when we arrived. I received a welcome text from the property stating the heated pool was indeed in operation as well as the hours. The manager Mondu Partel then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for not checking. There was trash and beer caps undur the sofa cushions, books lights on the bed were not functional and one was missing with wires exposed. Bathroom was falling apart with loose fixtures and pieces of trim falling off the walk and coffee pot did not work.

I like that I had somewhere to sleep

Cons:

when I entered the property and went to my hotel room, it looks like someone had a fight with spaghetti in my room. Then we move to another room. I am grateful to the staff for that. But it looked like a a rushed makeover everywhere you went the paint job in the room was poor and it just looks like somebody DIYed this Home renovation without watch a tutorial. Additionally my bathtub got clogged up and we had to call the staff and to fix it. I am grateful that the staff was able to fix it, but I am not grateful that it happened. And the breakfast was not the greatest. I will not be staying at another Best Western that was my first time and I had a terrible experience overall.
