Friendly staff, modern room and good location
Pros:

Very friendly and attentive staff both at reception and cleaning staff. Quiet, modern, good room. TV did not work on first day and next morning, the issue was then taken care of. Breakfast excellent at Torni. Visited also sauna at Torni which was nice and relaxing. Parking very expensive 26 euros per 24hrs.

Huono asiakaskokemus hintataso huomioiden.
Pros:

Aamiainen Tornihotellissa oli oikein hyvä. Siirtyminen kovassa pakkasessa ei ollut kovin miellyttävää, muuta matka oli kuitenkin lyhyt.

Cons:

Olimme kolmannessa kerroksessa ja vesijohtoverkoston paine oli niin matala, että suihkun käyttäminen oli kehno kokemus ja yhden kerran jälkeen jätimme sen tekemättä vaikka majoituimme 2 yötä. Vettä ei yksinkertaisesti tullut riittävästi kunnon peseytymiseen. Huoneessa ei ollut vaatekaappeja, niiden sijaan oli jonkinlainen teline, mihin vaatteet kasataan. Safety Boxia ei ollut.
Kaiken kaikkiaan hintatasoon nähden (n. 150 e/yö) kokemus oli surkea ja jää osaltamme viimeiseksi Tampereeella vieraillessamme.

Breakfast was an unpleasant experience.
Pros:

It was disappointing to learn at check-in that breakfast would be served at the neighboring hotel. The signage was poor, and the route went through a bleak parking garage. In addition, the breakfast room was completely crowded, and a staff member rather bluntly snapped, “Who are you?”

In the future, we will choose a hotel in Tampere where breakfast arrangements are better organized.

En ole tyytyväinen henkilökunnasta ollenkaan.

Henkilökunta ei ole ystävällinen ollenkaan.Unohdetusta tavaroista ei ole sanottu hotellissa vain sen jälkeen kun lähdin, eikä auttanut lähettämään sitä mulle.

Hyvä perusmajoitus, suuren hotellin ongelmat ilman sen etuja.
Pros:

Palvelu oli Villassa ja Tornin aamisiasella erittäin hyvää ja asialista. Villassa oli hyvä sauna, jonka sai tilata omaan käyttöön.

Cons:

Aamiainen oli sekava ja vegaanina monta asiaa piti erikseen kysyä, eikä vaihtoehtoja (markki, tarkempi sisältö...) tai määriä nähnyt etukäteen. Lisäksi toivoisin, että vegaanisia vaihtoehtoja tuotaisiin enemmän näkyville ja kaikille vaihtoehdoksi niin, että pekonin ja kinkun syöminen ei ole ainoa vaihtoehto. Vaikka edes pienissä määrin vegaanista tarjontaa enemmän: levitteet, kauramaito, smoothiet, yms voisi olla jo valmiiksi vegaanista. Lisäksi toinen meistä oli keliaakikko ja palvelu oli hyvää tässäkin, mutta esim. puuro voisi olla pienellä vaivalla vegaanista ja gluteenitonta. Palvelu oli erittäin hyvää, mutta hallitila aamiaiselle ei ollut miellyttävä.
