it was a nice clean. You didn’t have a microwave, but they brought one up for us so I could warm up my babies bottles.

Cons:

We arrived around 4:30 pm with our preschooler and were told by the three staff at the front desk that their system was down, meaning they couldn’t check us in or allow us into a room. They didn’t know when the system would be fixed or how long it would take. They did take our phone number to call us with an update but then they never called. It was unfortunate that the management of the hotel had no back up plan for manually checking in their pre-paid customers with small children as a back up to their electronic system. Thankfully when we returned to the hotel three hours later they were able to check us in. It was a simple ground floor room, but that’s what I booked, and it was clean and comfortable.

It was perfectly fine, the property just needs a facelift.
Pros:

We liked the location, staff, and the cookies. The layout was good for an active toddler. We liked the courtyard eating area.
The shuttle to town was great, used it twice.

Cons:

The rooms are very tired, they need to be remodeled. They are also very small.
The dresser in our room had drawers that wouldn’t stay closed, really annoying in the tight space.
The baseboards looked as if some rats had chewed on them. Curtains were yucky.
We used to stay here about 10 yrs ago, it was fine then, but now it’s not.
