Everything it’s disgusting and unprofessional
Nothing at all. Well I guess you pay for what you get.
The room was dirty !!! The toilet would not stop running. And when we first got there a lady and her dog was having a big fight. So load at 11 at night.
The location was good, a lot of restaurants to choose from.
The room was half clean. The bathroom was absolutely gross, I wouldn’t even take a shower. The “air” unit didn’t not really work, looked ancient, and made a horrible noise the entire time. The remote for the tv was not available in the room, when I asked when checking out, as early as I could, I was told that we had to come down to the front desk and ask for one.

The staff was extremely rude to my wife. The rooms were not clean. I will never stay here again. Would love to talk to someone about this stay.

Towels did not look clean. The bedding was thin and worn. I purchased towels and sheets from Walmart to use for the one night I was there.
I was not given a room after booking online and paying for the room. I arrived at the hotel and their internet was down. We were told we could not check in because the manager was not there. They had no idea when the manager would arrive. I never checked in but they charged my account.
When I tried to complain by phone I was directed to AI that kept rejecting my confirmation number.

The smell was insanely chemically. It smelled like a nursing home. Bad
The room was dirty. The staff was unfriendly. Adding a holding charge and did not tell me. Breakfast was very limited nothing but coffee to drink. Not kid friendly breakfast.
