Great location, but I don’t think I’d book here again.
Pros:

The only great thing about the property is the location . Close to everything.

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Unfortunately we had two rooms during our stay both of which were not really clean, especially floors / bath.

The ac unit didn’t really work in our room though they did kindly try to fix it, they didn’t.

Mixed up with the parking garage, slip was not working and I was told I would need to pay again.

Déception de la gestion de l’hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien situé pour aller au Centre Bell

Cons:

La chambre était pas prête à mon arrivée, j’ai réussi à avoir la chambre avec 15 minutes de retard ce qui m’a fait manquer mon autre réservation . C’est quand même incroyable qu’on réserve une chambre 6 mois d’avance pour arrivée à un check-in à 16h et que la chambre n’est pas prête.

Pros:

l'emplacement, chambres rénovées depuis ma dernière visite ! matelas très confortable.

Cons:

j'ai retrouvé 1 cheveux dans le lit et dans la douche. à part cela c'était très bien !

we had a great stay in montreal and this hotel provided a great location for our needs.
Pros:

I like the staff member who greeted me at check in. very funny, approachable and accommodating .

Cons:

I requested facecloths and towels for second day as well we had no toilet paper on second day. I went to front desk approximately 2000 hours and was told it would be delivered. it didn't show up. we had no clean towels/ facecloths or toilet paper on the last morning of check out. Also we were awaken to noisey guest during our last night .
