Main elevator wasn't working but staff showed us where we could take the service elevator. Not a game changer because repairs happen.

Excellent stay. Would stay again.
Pros:

Staff was excellent. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Amazing. The location was perfect. The room was excellent, it was clean, it was comfortable. Lots of plug-ins.

Cons:

I am nitpicking. The bathroom was a bit cramped. Also, it took quite a while to get hot water. Like, easily two full minutes or so before the water warmed up. But again, I am nitpicking.
