Pros:

Good location. 10 minutes walk from the train station. But just next to the Catherine Street. Lots of restaurant nearby. No breakfast included but a restaurant right next to the hotel.

Cons:

Just two lifts. Need to wait for the lift if it's fully occupied.

I'd stay there again
Pros:

That you could walk around the city a bit.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel so much....but all restaurants that were close by were closed on Sunday evening, including the one in the Hotel

Pros:

Location and large room

Cons:

House keeping never came once during our three day stay. Our trash was overflowing and we had to request coffee and towels. We did ask if they could come in and refresh but they never showed up

Pros:

Localização boa. Próximo a duas estações de metrô. Bom pra quem chega a Montreal de trem, distância de caminhada para o hotel da Gare Central.

Cons:

Elevador quebrado, longa espera para conseguir acessar. Quarto precisa de alguma manutenção.

L’emplacement est super, mais attention au service!

Les chambres étaient propres et belles, ainsi que l’emplacement très pratique.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas pu avoir notre chambre avant 16h30, malgré que le check-in soit à 16h00. Nous avions un match au centre Bell nous étions donc pressés de nous préparer. Pour le paiement, ils m’ont chargé 2 fois la chambre car leur système ne communiquait pas avec Booking pour montrer que j’avais bien payé. Nous avions reglé le problème booking avec le premier employé d’accueil au check-in, mais en regardant ma carte sur le chemin du retour, on m’avait sans avertir chargé de nouveau la chambre. J’ai du appeler, j’ai du refaire le débat et envoyer encore mes preuves de facture booking, pour enfin avoir un remboursement. Pas super :/

Pros:

To start, the elevator barely worked, and during my three-night stay, at least one elevator was out of service. The door to my room never closed properly, the room looked very old, and the bathroom was very small. I wasn’t a fan of the body wash dispensers either.

The worst of it all was that they couldn’t get my reservation right. I booked a separate reservation for an additional night because I couldn’t cancel and rebook the original reservation. I informed the front desk, and they were aware, but on the morning of my third night, MULTIPLE staff members came banging on my door saying that it was time to check out. Not sure where the disconnect came from, but the staff here is very incompetent. Will never come back here.
