Nearer to locations that I wanted to visit.

Cons:

Poor internet connection, bad TV reception. Furniture needs to refurbished. Breakfast buffet were poor and no value for money. Could have been better.

應該只有床最好睡了。

Cons:

登記時間太長，不諳中文的員工確認資訊也花了半小時，就算已經提供訂房代號還一直找不到訂單，最後要提供中文證件才成功完成入住。

房間裡的傢俱都是用白漆粉刷，呈現一種久舊的感覺，床單也是破破的，很糟糕

Pretty nice hotel
Pros:

Location across the road from Adventist Hospital. The staff were very friendly and were quick to assist.

Cons:

Breakfast was strictly vegetarian, and it was the same choices every single day of the 6 nights that we stayed there. The hotel is old. The hallway carpet needs to be changed.

I am the bride, and I am utterly shocked and disappointed by my stay at this hotel, which turned what should have been a memorable time into a complete nightmare.

The room was in poor condition, with old, worn furniture and bedding that appeared to have dust mites. After the first night, I developed rashes and what looked like bed mite bites. When I informed the staff, she responded, “Yes, okay, we will change the room for you,” and I was moved to another room on the first day after being asked to view it. Unfortunately, the issue still persisted even after the room change.

The next morning at 9am, I called again to report the issue. Housekeeping came to the room and removed all the blankets and bedsheets but did not replace them with clean ones. I was told, “You will be checking out anyway, so you don’t need a new one.” Despite being tired, unwell, and in the middle of wedding preparations, I was left without proper bedding and unable to rest until my 12pm checkout.

When I raised this matter with the front desk, I was told nobody could assist further and that I would need to wait for the manager to arrive at 11am. After speaking to the manager later that day, I requested medical attention for my rashes, but I was told the panel clinic was closed. I was asked to send photos via WhatsApp, and after viewing them, staff told me the bed mites were only their assumption since I had not been diagnosed by a doctor. No apology, no empathy, and zero accountability was shown.

As the bride, this was completely unacceptable. The negligence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for my health and comfort have turned what should have been a joyful experience into a horrifying ordeal. What was once a hotel I trusted has now become a place I warn everyone to avoid at all costs. This was beyond disappointing—it was shocking, inexcusable, and utterly disgraceful.

La colazione ricca per ogni etnia, camera con tutti i confort vista spettacolare sul mare al 15esimo piano- servizio in camera - lavanderia , staff super cordiale e disponibile ogni giorno, pulizia camere ogni giorno con acqua e caffè menzione speciale a QAMARUZZAMAN! Palestra e piscina !qualità prezzo ottima

15/29 min distante dal centro ma con Grab nessun problema ( vicino l’hotel 15 min a piedi , due templi stupendi e una chiesa )
