That the carpet in the room stunk badly of dog urine.. That I told the front desk and Instead of offering us another room ( had paid for 3 nights ) I was told housekeeping would fix the issue tomorrow. Of course came back from work and obviously F me and my work crew we ended up 3 nights of dog piss smell. I have always stayed here and had my crews stay here. We have always been done right before if there was an issue. We will not be making this a regular location for me or my crews anymore..

I still have not received a credit back to my card for the deposit of $50. When I checked out, they told me it would be back in my card by noon that day. Three days have gone by and no credit has been posted to my account. j am in my way there now to raise hell.

The room was.acceptable.and as expected.but the experience and staff rates a zero.
I arrived to find out the staff canceled my booking and gave my room to someone else. They refused to give me another room at the same price. I ended up in a downgraded room that cost $30 more than what I had booked for.

The room I was changed to for the second night of my stay was much quieter
The first room had no hair dryer, no remote for the TV, and there wasn't even a power cord for the TV. The staff got these things fixed but made me late for my dinner reservation. When I returned to my room, the a/c unit was making a loud sustained noise every 10 minutes throughout the entire night, even with the unit in the off position. At 1 am I went to the front office asking for another room but was told there weren't any. The next morning I was told by the front desk that there was another room available. I got no sleep the first night. I've also been overcharged. I'll never stay here again and will advise all family and friends to avoid this motel.

Room dirty and smelly.
The room was clean and the beds were comfy
The front staff was extremely rude about my service animals. I was not informed of the 200 dollar deposit until the late night check in. It is also not legal for the front desk person to ask so many probing questions about my disability and why I need more than one service animal. It made me feel small and embarrassed, as I already have visible disability (a cane). For the record, service dogs have to take breaks to be dogs, and disabilities dont take breaks! I took pictures of the room in case she decided to do a bogus charge and keep the deposit. I should not be shamed for having a reasonable accommodation and well trained animals.
