Cons:

The lady at the front desk made me make a new reservation to extend my stay, and tried to charge me a second $100 deposit before the first $100 deposit was released back to my account. Then they refused to cancel my reservation free of charge even though it was cancelled due to the property refusing to use a deposit I had already paid for a room and wouldn’t let me extend my stay.

I was refused check-in because I had children with me, even though their own policy clearly states that children of all ages are welcome. I was told that my reservation would be cancelled by the property, yet my card was charged and I have still not received a refund. They require a deposit of $200 too.

The receptionist’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. He avoided providing any clear explanation or solution and handled the situation in an arrogant and irresponsible manner.

I have stayed at Best Western properties before and never experienced anything like this. This particular location’s staff was unacceptable and far below the standards expected from the brand.

Cons:

That the carpet in the room stunk badly of dog urine.. That I told the front desk and Instead of offering us another room ( had paid for 3 nights ) I was told housekeeping would fix the issue tomorrow. Of course came back from work and obviously F me and my work crew we ended up 3 nights of dog piss smell. I have always stayed here and had my crews stay here. We have always been done right before if there was an issue. We will not be making this a regular location for me or my crews anymore..
