Warning to Disabled Guests!
Pros:

The room was clean and the beds were comfy

Cons:

The front staff was extremely rude about my service animals. I was not informed of the 200 dollar deposit until the late night check in. It is also not legal for the front desk person to ask so many probing questions about my disability and why I need more than one service animal. It made me feel small and embarrassed, as I already have visible disability (a cane). For the record, service dogs have to take breaks to be dogs, and disabilities dont take breaks! I took pictures of the room in case she decided to do a bogus charge and keep the deposit. I should not be shamed for having a reasonable accommodation and well trained animals.

Cons:

The receptionist is very discriminating person.

He did not allowed us to checkin because of our children even though the policy rule mention children are allowed of any age.

Also he never refunded us. I had to contact my bank to dispute the transaction, also to refer the issue to the Booking.com

I will never be back to this hotel.
Very disgusting one!

Pros:

Staff at breakfast was so kind

Cons:

Room smelled awful. Broken bed. No soap. Fridge was broken and our food went bad.

I tried to get the front desk to break a 20 so I could get water from the vending machine and they said I can’t help you

It was in the middle of nowhere. Our flight came in at 10:30pm so We got here after the one market across the street had already closed and they didn’t have any water for my wife and I

Pros:

We stay there often as we visit family. They're always friendly, They're price is right, the rooms are clean and breakfast good enough!! The beds are comfortable And proximity to our interests close by!!
