The lady that checked us in was very friendly even after we found out that we had made a mistake and booked a smoking room she got us into another room was told that there was a 50$ deposit and for changing rooms a $20 dollar charge I now have a $92 dollar charge a $50 charge and a $20 charge from the hotel when the first room was 52$ and the with the 20$ charge it should have only cost 72$
There was a wet wash cloth in the shower and there was cob webs in the corners of the room the bed spread had big dark stained spots on it and at breakfast the front desk lady and subway lady and a older man sit at a corner table making rude comments about guests the breakfast food was not good the eggs were cold and the sausage tasted very old and dripping with grease the potatoes were dark brown like they were burnt and the juice was watered down

Staff was rude room was dirty and they double charge my account
Got charged for the room but never even stayed there. Lady was showing pictures of her room full of bugs and how disgusting the room was but the old lady working refused to even stand at the desk to hear her out and went and ignored her behind the glass around the corner. After I saw pictures I said I refuse to stay there it was absolutely disgusting but they charged me anyways.

Not charged 20 more the second night and gave deposit back
The price. Stuff that is $20-30 more in the same area is cracked out with junkies and bed bugs. The operators were also nice. A guy down the street yelled at every customer they got and it was $80 a night. Great bang for the buck

Staff could have been more informative about charges, and we did not like the fact that housekeeping came into our room as we were gathering our belongings and started stripping beds and spraying chemicals while we were still inside. We felt like we were being rushed out. No bueno
