The room was fairly clean, cool and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory.
The staff were not the most professional. There was a messy cluttered back office in view of the check in desk. The owner or manager had their dog up there. We showed up 40 minutes early and they wanted to charge us a $25 fee to check in early, when we booked through booking.com we had signed up for the deluxe king which said it included early check in. Also, there was not another soul in sight when we got there so I’m sure there were rooms ready. They did end up letting us check in without the fee though, after we said we would just wait in the lobby. The bathroom by the lobby was in bad condition and not clean. The hotel in general was just dated and worn. In our room the ac unit made a loud noise. There were mounted shampoo/cond./body wash in the shower but two out of the three were empty (there were small ones available outside of the bathroom.) There were some seedy characters going in and out, we did not feel entirely safe.
Property dirty, and in need of major repairs bugs in the rooms and on the side of the air-conditioning vents, tried to leave the property even took pictures and submitted them to you, but you did not return our calls

Our room smelled like pee (we brought our dog, so we were put in a pet friendly room) $75 pet fee, kind of steep when we were put in a nasty smelling room, that had damage from previous pets that stayed. The wall unit air conditioner was in the bedroom, so the living room area was hot and the bedroom was freezing. Only 2 towels so hope you don’t need to wash your hair, and the shower supplies dispensers were empty. Also, Friday night it apparently turns into a drag race street so we had loud cars going up and down until late. Breakfast was awful.

One good thing is the location. And there are trees in the parking lot.
Unfortunately, there is no organization. I stayed for six nights and was due to check out on Friday; however, when I arrived on Thursday afternoon, my key no longer worked. I went to the reception, and they asked me to change rooms, giving me one that was inferior to the one I had been in. Not to mention that the breakfast is very poor.
