Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple reviewers call the rooms and breakfast area immaculate and very clean; housekeeping reliably provided extra pillows/linens on request.
Service
9.4
Staff repeatedly described as extremely friendly and helpful, with responsive communication via the app and thoughtful touches (cookies, prompt room requests).
Location
8
Generally praised for a convenient location (near fast food, softball fields, close to routes), but several guests reported confusing access from the freeway, locked gates/entrances and nighttime parking/party noise.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms described as comfortable and well maintained, but a few issues noted (poor pillows, non-working TV remote, no designated closet, a fridge that wasn’t cold, and bathroom lacks a shower fan).
Amenities
8.4
Good complimentary amenities (jacuzzi, pool, 24-hour fitness, business center) and plenty of parking typically; downsides include a smaller-than-expected pool, tiny pool towels and a compact gym.
Value for Money
8.9
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast consistently praised as excellent with a wide variety (roasted potatoes noted); guests also appreciated complimentary cookies and overall food cleanliness.
Overall Experience
9.4
Overall very positive stays with clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast; minor recurring issues (noise, access/parking, some room nitpicks) did not outweigh the generally excellent experience.

Perfect place to stop on our way back to San Francisco for the end of our California journey.
Pros:

Great location. Fitted well in our journey and made the next part off our trip easy due to location. The room was clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool.

Cons:

Tiny pool towels.

Cons:

Property wasn’t marked well. I missed the entrance off the freeway and had to go around, found another entrance but gate was locked had to go back and almost missed it again. The parking was kinda iffy.. there was a large party happening at the hotel and at midnight it was really difficult to find parking because of the party mixed with lots of spaces marked off and unusable.

Decent, but the pillows sucked
Pros:

Close to the softball fields and as I expected for a HIE.

Cons:

Access to the property was confusing and the parking lot was blocked off weirdly with cones at night.

Pros:

Easy to communicate through the app. Friendly staff who cares about your stay. Clean, plenty of parking, spacious room and plenty of areas to store my stuff. Long term stay have gym and business center. Close to lots of fast food. Dennys and Starbucks and gas station within a minute drive.

Cons:

No designated closet but was doable with the built in dresser. Bathroom doesn’t have a fan for shower and for airing out your business.

The best!
Pros:

This was the most immaculate hotel room that I've ever been in. Everything worked perfectly. The breakfast room was also immaculate and the choice of foods was great.

Cons:

Not a thing.

Comfortable and clean.
Pros:

This is the second time we stay here. I like the 24 hour fitness center they have. Small but great equipment. I like the cleanliness of the rooms, when requesting extra pillows, comforters, and towels via Booking.com it was already in the room when we checked I . Staff is EXTREMELY friendly and approachable. I also LOVE their complimentary breakfast. Especially the roasted potatoes and the wide variety of items.

Cons:

To be honest, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. If I had to say anything, it would be that the tv remote control didn’t work but we easily just use the buttons on side of tv and it worked.
