Sono cinque anni che vengo sempre nella stessa data, perché il mio compleanno
Vengo sempre per due notti
La camera non mi è piaciuta affatto stavolta
Non mi è piaciuto il bagno
L’acqua calda non è bollente e c’è una luce in bagno, Intermittente
Sono due cose che ho segnalato alla reception
Non ho voluto fare storie, perché quando vengo a Saturnia, necessito di serenità e tranquillità

На въезде сделали апгрейд номера бесплатно,хорошие термы и обслуживание.Очень вкусная еда в ресторанах,есть правильная здоровая еда.Завтраки хорошие,можно приготовить самому свежий сок …много здоровой и полезной еды.Обязательно вернемся ,спасибо большое отелю за прекрасные выходные 🙏🏻❤️

Struttura incantevole con un’organizzazione perfetta. Personale di una cortesia e gentilezza assolute , attento a ogni dettaglio per assicurare un soggiorno da sogno. Nel mio caso, e colgo qui l’occasione per un sentito ringraziamento, rientrando in camera ho trovato un graditissimo regalo da parte della direzione dell’albergo per il mio compleanno. Più attenti e gentili di così per i propri ospiti non si può. Ancora, il fascino unico della grande piscina termale posta al centro della struttura, con il suo naturale fondale roccioso da cui sgorgano acque ricche di minerali alla temperatura costante di 38 gradi , rende il soggiorno indimenticabile

Pros:

la piscina è meravigliosa. L'unica pecca la plastica che delimita il passaggio tra interno ed esterno della piscina andrebbe sostituita più spesso perchè soggetta ad usura.
La colazione buona con ampia scelta di prodotti. Aggiungerei solo il Kefir e l'avocado che non ho trovato.
Il ristorante molto buono con varietà di proposte per tutti i gusti anche per chi deve seguire un regime dietetico.
Da segnalare i cantucci alcioccolato con le nocciole serviti con il caffè al bar, un'eccellenza del pasticcere!!

Cons:

Se devo trovare qualcosa che non mi è piciuto, Il bagno della camera forse un pochino datato, e la doccia non proprio comoda.
Da sostituire assolutamente il phon nella camera. Obsoleto e quasi inutilizzabile.

In linea di massima tutto positivo, colazione top, piscina esterna stupenda, personale preparato e disponibile.

Cons:

Nella Spa area Bagno Romano da fare assolutamente una radicale manutenzione generale, tutto molto rovinato ossidato con parti di mosaico incrostato e parti mancanti, non si addice al livello generale della struttura.
