the bad smell, of course it is a natural water, but in the hotel everywhere was smelling bad
BONUS - it was extremely EXPENSIVE!!!!!! the basic massage for 190 euro is not acceptable price for me! i dont want to comment the prices in th erestaurant, quality of food was good, but really expensive!

Posto sempre magnifico. Gestione del bar da migliorare
Pros:

Colazione ottima e ristorante (La Stellata) molto buono e migliorato rispetto a ultima visita. Piscina sempre perfetta.

Cons:

Il personale del bar, che serve anche la piscina. Molto probabilmente sono semplicemente pochi, o inesperti. Ma il servizio è estremamente lento. Dagli ombrelloni c'è un servizio online per ordinare che semplicemente non funziona. Dopo un'ora dalla prenotazione sono andata a prendere di persona il mio drink e mi hanno candidamente confermato che proprio non guardano gli ordini online.

Wonderful staff and spa but poor management
Pros:

The staff were well trained, proactive and helpful. The hot spring was amazing.

Cons:

The shower in our room was very poor, poor water pressure and half the jets were blocked. I realise the water is full of minerals but this is not acceptable. I felt because we weren't staying a week on one of the hotels health programmes we were second class citizens. Eg. The country restaurant was fully booked at least 48 hours in advance but online booking is only 24 hours in advance. Also you had to reserve loungers by the pool but that isn't mentioned on the website or at check-in, which lead to an embarrassing experience and loungers hidden away in the far corner at the back. I heard this experience being repeated several times by other guests, the pool staff handled it well but must be sick of dealing with this hidden policy.

מלון ספא נהדר,ארוחת בוקר מגוונת מאוד במזנון, הכוללת :גבינות,ירקות, פירות (מיץ סחוט לפי בחירה בהכנה עצמית), ביצים, לחמים ומאפים שונים.גם בארוחת הערב ישנן אופציות מגוונות גם למי שלא אוכל בשר או פירות ים. אווירה של חופשה יוקרתית ומפנקת ומגוון פעילויות יומיות הכלולות במחיר השהות. הצוות היה מאוד שירותי ואדיב.

הבריכות התרמליות נסגרות בשעות הערב ואין אפשרות לרחצה לילית.
