An incredible 30th stay!
Pros:

The staff were incredible from start to finish! Jack, Daniel and Joseph were absolutely faultless! Also the lady who was our butler who I sadly forgot her wonderful name but she was so lovely too! They were super friendly and nothing was too much for them! Also just genuinely nice people to chat to!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing it was perfection!

This is an extraordinary hotel, not because it is beautiful (which it is), not because it is comfortable (which it is), not because it has so many amenities (which it does), not because it is so incredibly stylish (which it is), but because the people are absolutely lovely, warm, courteous, caring, polite, genuinely wishing to make you feel welcome. The level of service, the smiles, the conversations - this truly is a home away from home.

The best hotel in London
Pros:

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in my life. Everything was perfect, from my check in, the room, the service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The property itself is so beautiful and cozy, it truly feels special. The amenities the hotel offers were amazing, the location being next to Hyde Park was so convenient. I can’t recommend this place enough and I will be staying here for all of my future visits to London!

Peace and Quiet in the Heart of London
Pros:

There is simply nothing like stepping out of the hustle and bustle of Hyde Park Corner, into the Lanesborough and into the silence of the Library Bar. With staff who remember your name, treats such as complimentary bottles of champagne, cake and buiscuits and suites that have genuine drawing room areas to relax, this is a place that you can call a home from home, while you await your butler to return with your shirt / dress pressed and ready for dinner. The Lanesborough is the most quintessentially British hotel experience and something everyone should try, even if it is just for a night, but if you can return and stay for multiple nights, it really does become a home away from home.

Wonderful again
Pros:

This time a longer stay with the family.
Excellent again, wonderful reception at arrival.
The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Great spa, great service everywhere as always although dinner at the Grill was somewhat underwhelming. Also breakfast was a bit hit and miss with slightly slow service and forgotten items but no reel problem. Lovely, safe choice for a luxury stay at one of the best locations.
Special thanks to the personal concierges, the lady from Hong Kong and the wonderful Shane.
Starting as a luxury travel advisor this one will definitely be on my list.

Holidays at The Lanesborough
Pros:

I stayed at The Lanesborough booked through the American Express FHR program. I arrived late in the evening and was greeted quickly and escorted to my room by a butler who described the features of the room and helped me settle in. I received an upgraded room through the Amex scheme with a desk area and larger bathroom. I also received free breakfast through the program which was delicious. The hotel is beautifully decorated in classic English decor, highlighted by the Christmas decorations during my visit. The best feature of the hotel though is the staff. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I was greeted by name in every part of the property. Each staff member from the doormen, reception, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant, lounge and spa was superior! I have stayed in several luxury properties in London, but the Lanesborough really is just a step above for quintessential English hospitality! I hope to return soon!
