Cons:

Leider haben die Zimmer keine Heizung was im Winter (31.12.)sehr schlecht ist. Es kann nur über die Klima etwas Wärme erzeugt werden. Bei der Zimmerhöhe (ca. 3m) kommt da unten nicht viel an und im Bad bleibt es kalt!

Cons:

Schade, dass man erst nach 15 Uhr ins Zimmer gekommen ist. Frühstück war jetzt nichts besonderes.

Das Hotel kann man wirklich empfehlen.

Cons:

Wir wollten am Abend noch essen gehen, doch die Umgebung war nicht empfehlenswert. Ständig wurden wir von Arabern, Syrer und Türken ständig belästigt . Also gingen wir in die City.

I had a very frustrating experience at the B&B hotel in Gera. The hotel requires guests arriving after 10 PM to enter their room code on a screen at the entrance to get inside. Unfortunately, the system was not working when I arrived. I spent about 20 minutes trying to enter my code, even trying different variations, but nothing worked.

I then tried calling the reception several times, but no one answered. I ended up stuck outside the hotel for around 30 minutes hoping that someone would come by and open the door.

In the end, I was only able to get inside because another hotel guest happened to come out and let me in. This situation was extremely unprofessional, and if no one had come out, I might have been forced to stay outside all night. Very disappointing experience.
