Zentrumsnah, zentral und modern.
Pros:

Sehr nah an der Innenstadt & sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstück ist ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel, sehr sauber, modern und geräumig. Der Parkplatz kostet 10€ am Tag extra, Parkplätze gibt es aber auch in den Nebenstraßen

Cons:

Parkplatzanzahl überschaubar aber ausreichend, wenn alle so parken, dass man auch in den Parktaschen steht.

Im Großen und Ganzen doch ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Große Zimmer, schönes Bad, schöner Parkplatz

Cons:

Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Keine Angebote an Warmspeisen wie Rührei, Speck, Würstchen etc.
Kaffeeautomat ständig halb leer und nur eingeschränktes Angebot an Heißgetränken.
Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht, Kein Kühlschrank oder Minibar.
Trotz sehr guter Sauberkeit und sehr gutem Service waren doch Restflecken von Blut in der Bettwäsche.

Bzgl. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Lage absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Personal war absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für uns Bahnreisende war die Nähe zum Südbahnhof und zur Altstadt optimal.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig aber nicht unbedingt einladend.

Für eine Nacht ist ales bestens
Pros:

Kostenlose Parkplätze im Hof sind gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksambiente und die Auswahl sind nicht einladend.
Der Zugang zum Haus abend ist doch recht aufwändig, da das Tablett der Vordertür nicht funktionierte.
