Perfecte ligging, ruime kamer, alles zeer netjes en een heel goed ontbijt.
Niets
Mooie ruime kamer, en fijn dat het restaurant is vergroot en je er savonds kan eten. Ook fijn dat er parking is. Ook airco is pluspunt en ontbijt was lekker. Wel duur bovenop je kamerprijs dit zou inclusief moeten zijn.
Veel lawaai op gang van deuren die ze in het slot laten vallen. Geen comfortabele matrassen. Ook zou de ijskast al moeten aanliggen op voorhand zodat je drinken sneller kan koelen bij zo een warm weer

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Große bequeme Betten (leider nur 1 große Bettdecke).
Die Begrüßung war kühl. Man wurde eher "abgefertigt" und hat sich nicht besonders willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht wie erwartet in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Fotos des Hotels sehen insgesamt besser aus, als es am Ende war (bis auf die Zimmer, die sind gut). Das Hotel liegt am Bahnhof, daher muss man damit rechnen Zuggeräusche zu hören (weiß man aber, wenn man das bucht).
We had three wonderful days at this hotel, it was for business.
The staff were all very kind and welcoming, especially Efe, the young Italian gentleman, and the waiter at the bar.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly come back next time!
The hotel looks much better on the inside than it does from the outside. Externally, it gives a rather worn and dated impression, resembling an unattractive building from the late 1970s or early 1980s. The location is not particularly charming either. The hotel sits directly opposite the train station on one side and a tram line on the other. In front of the hotel there is an empty open area and, further away, a road with car traffic, so the surroundings are not especially photogenic.
The elevators have carpets that appear not to have been replaced for a very long time, and the glass surfaces are noticeably dirty. However, once you enter the room, your impression changes completely. The room is clean, comfortably furnished, and feels renovated. The bed is very comfortable, with a good-quality mattress, there is a coffee machine, and everything feels practical and cozy.
If you can overlook the unattractive surroundings, the location is actually quite convenient: the train station is just across the street and the city centre is only a ten-minute walk away. So, in reality, the location is not bad at all. The first impression simply isn’t great, but after a while you realize that everything is actually convenient.
The breakfast, however, is more in line with what one would expect from a three-star hotel rather than a four-star one. The selection is limited, and vegetables were not replenished. Once the peppers and tomatoes were gone, no additional servings were brought out
