Waited for like two hrs to resolve a problem with my room.

There were roaches in my room, the people on the floor were very loud and the check in process was lackluster and when I went to the desk to tell them about the roaches there was no one there .

Smiling too bad

There were cockroaches bedbug and mice I left the same minute I checked in bothe rooms were horrible the replacement rooms were even worse I would upload videos it I have that option

Dirty towels and wash clothes. Smelled of mold and mildew.

Easy to use kitchen

I already said how rhis hotel this hotel was trash and kept my deposit also entered the room while me n my husband was sleeping also came in again i hate that place overall no professionalism at all

Weed smell

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay.
Firstly, the room had a strong unpleasant odor. I contacted the front desk to request a room freshener, but was told they didn’t have any available. Additionally, the room had no lighting, and when I raised the issue, I was informed that maintenance was unavailable at the time. No temporary solution was offered, and the staff showed no concern or willingness to help.

What was most frustrating was the attitude of the staff—they were unapologetic and seemed indifferent to our discomfort. It felt as though they were encouraging us to find another place to stay rather than trying to resolve the issue. This lack of customer care and poor service completely ruined our holiday.

Although clean, this is a rundown and somewhat dingy property. Expect stains, strong smells in the hallways, uncomfortable squeaky beds on exposed bedframes with metal legs a bit like a camp cot, and not the type of breakfast selection you usually see at hotels with “free breakfast”. I wish I’d chosen somewhere nicer for our stay. Still, staff is courteous and it serves the purpose for the price.

Could be cleaner

No streamings. No USB ports. No extra blankets. No hair dryer. No real breakfast. Not even a plug for the bathtub.

Roaches everywhere

There were no food options in the hotel,but plenty of places to eat. I went to heat up some food I had brought with me and a roach came walking from behind the microwave so they moved my sister and I to another room that smelled like cigarette smoke. Other than that I think it was ok I won't stay there again.

Bed is not good

Everything associated with the hotel is old, dirty, and nasty. Bed had a plastic cover on it under the nasty, dingy sheets. Towels were tattered and stained. Hairs all over tub and drain. Not sure bathroom was even cleaned from previous tenant. They advertise free breakfast - its just wrapped mini muffins and granola bars. Can find nothing positive to say about my stay.

I would not recommend this facility to Any friends or family. The first room had a room Roach climbing down the wall. The second room, they tried to put me in, had mold or mildew in it, because I could not breathe as soon as I walked in the third room, had a dirty napkin in the cabinet. And when putting a light bag on the shelf in the face closet, the whole shelf fell off the wall.
