Pros:

Wonderful staff, excellent location, clean and tidy and comfy beds.

Cons:

The carpets need replacing and when a family of five book a two-bedroom apartment, please advise them prior if their booking can't be accommodated as we had to be split between two rooms which was not what we wanted or booked for.

Pros:

The central location makes it conveniently close to everything. Everything in the room was of good quality and comfortable. The restaurant's food was great and I very much enjoyed the breakfast and room service. The staff were very gracious, hotel and restaurant.

Cons:

A lot of the living room furniture was old and chipped, as well as the hotel printed card information which looked like it was many years old, which did not match expectation. The configuration of the living room furniture was odd, sort of all in a line and leaving one section of the room bare. This was a bit puzzling and didn't give a very homey feel - more like a storage feel, but was fine once you got used to it.

It was very clean except for some bits that were missed for some reason, like the vent near the ceiling in the bedroom, which was situated above the TV and therefore very noticeable. Also the balcony hadn't been cleaned in quite some time and it was bare of furniture - understandable as there was construction going on outside so it would be unlikely that anyone would want to sit there, but it could have done with a sweep and brush down at least every fortnight or so.
