A decent option
Pros:

All in all a good option for a stay in central Brisbane.

A good location, with a fast and friendly check in, WiFi is good and the one bedroom apartment was a good size.

Breakfast was served in the adjoining bar with a set menu, disappointing that no fruit, cereal or yogurt was available.

Gym is very small

One of the best locations for the city night life.
Pros:

Great location and had car parking facilities.

Cons:

Not so much the property. The side walk was uneven due to construction around the area

Don’t bother
Pros:

The central location was good, the shower was hot and the aircon was cold. Kitchen amenities were good and reception staff were friendly and the elevators were fast.

Cons:

Arrived to find the bar and restaurant were closed for construction purposes, which I would have no problem with had it been advertised. The room needs a serious update. The bed is hard. There is no cable, movie channels or entertainment you can’t find at home available. Couldn’t even fit an average person in the bath to relax my muscles after waking up in the atrocious bed. No seating on the balcony. No power points with easy access best to the bed to charge your phone, I had to literally pull the whole bed out to try to access one. Very disappointed

It’s a great location - very central with easy access to everything.
Pros:

I love the location! The staff were really helpful and it feels nice to stay there.

Cons:

My room had a shared doorway alcove with the adjoining room. The people beside were quite loud at night and they came and went all night - letting the door slam behind them and talking right outside the door. So all their movement and noise came straight in through my door. More soundproofing would be beneficial. The sink in the bathroom was quite mouldy up under the bench top where the little built in shelf for the plug etc is. It can be very clearly seen when sitting on the toilet.

Pros:

I can’t say anything positive

Cons:

We were given a room looking onto a huge noisy construction site .
The noise was terrible all day and started up at 7 am
It was an eye sore
The room had tired old furniture
The extra bed was a fold out couch too short for my friend
No Netflix or modern streaming channels
The decor was dated or drab
This hotel is over priced
The breakfast was the worst I’ve had anywhere ! Not just at a hotel .
A complete rip off
I ordered a large latte it was small size
No salt in the salt shakers
A matter of fact unfriendly Woman took the order and insisted the latte was large .
Well it wasn’t , I have them everywhere. I know large .
The food was very ordinary for the money .
Toast with no butter .
It was pre done with no doubt a scrap of margarine
I won’t be back
Very disappointed for a Sebel

The Sebel, Brisbane
Pros:

- The room layout
- The room temperature upon arrival
- I appreciated that there was no furniture on the outside deck as I have a toddler
- The convenience of going straight from the carpark to our room level
- The cleaning staff are lovely!
- The bed was very comfortable
- The ironing board was big and sturdy

Cons:

- Our swipe cards wouldn't work at the carpark arm bar. Quite annoying
- 1 of the reception staff seemed to have a sass about him which I didn't appreciate
- A staff member assisted in moving our trolley which resulted in a bag on mine falling off which contained my new bottle of perfume, smashed in amongst my belongings AND I was left to clean it myself at reception. Bearing in mind I had just brought in this trolley from the carpark with all of our belongings on it
- I prefer a removable showerhead, especially with having a toddler
- The fold out bed was very squeeky
- The lift kept misreading which level to go. Not just for me, I saw it with others too
- Carpark spaces are tiny
- A small bin in the bathroom would be nice

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly, guiding me clearly on where to go during check-out. As it was my first time visiting Brisbane, I really appreciated their assistance in ensuring I didn’t miss the shuttle bus to the island. Thank you for the support.

Cons:

On the online check-in registration form, Taiwan should be listed separately from China, as they are different. I would appreciate it if the system could be updated to avoid any confusion.

臥室衣櫥的鏡子對著床。
