All in all good experience. They are renovating so it will be perfect, no doubt about that.
Pros:

Location perfect, staff amazing, cleanliness 10/10 and breakfast perfect. Huge bed, very comfortable.

Cons:

Kinda old, internet was awful, didn’t work for half of our stay. Smell in the bathroom was constantly there.

Sehr gutes 4-Stern Hotel in zentraler Lage mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone, trotzdem mit Auto leicht erreichbar. Sehr guter 4-Stern Standard. Das Team ist wirklich sehr gut, sehr freundlich beim Check-In, der Valet für das Auto(kostenpflichtig) funktioniert sehr gut. Zimmer sind sauber und auch gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Der wirklich einize Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Frühstücksbuffet hot-plates bzw. Kühluntersetzer vertragen könnte.

Hyvä hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla
Pros:

Erinomainen sijainti ja hyvä aamupala. Myös erittäin ammattitaitoinen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Mukava sänky.

Cons:

Huoneet ja käytävät kaipaisivat uudistamista. Yleisilme ja siisteys kuitenkin ihan ok.

il servizio di prenotazione di Booking.com che non avvisava del mancato funzionamento della Spa e della Palestra, che erano i servizi principali per i quali avevo scelto questo hotel, inoltre dopo aver contattato il customer service di booking mi hanno risposto "ci dispice..."
mi aspettavo un supporto migliore da questa piattaforma.

Amazing location in the heart of the city center, friendly staff, available parking on-site (although quite pricy €30/day). Good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Cons:

Parking is a bit expensive (€30/day) but good that the hotel has this provided (time saver)
