Clean, comfortable and friendly.

The breakfast was great. Would be nice if it was open a little longer in the morning.

I have stayed here several times. Every stay has been great.
I would like to know where I can purchase some of those pillows.
I booked the room on the fly through a booking site. I was told that I could not use my Best Western points program for this. I planned to stay at this hotel, not because of the booking app. Would be nice to be able to get some bonus points.

Pros:

Location, breakfast buffet, Chalk Billiards and Flying Canoe right downstairs. Easy access to downtown and all amenities. Staff are courteous and helpful as well. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Cons:

The lighting is the only thing I would say is the worst part. Those white, LED lights in all the fixtures cast a very cold, uninviting glow in the room. Its like fluorescent. Yuck.
