it WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE HOTEL @ THE TIME IN ALL OF NORTH BAY , WE BOOKED FOR THE HOT TUB & BROKEN

Pros:

Room was ckean and tidy. Asked for coffee maker in room and was very prompt to get. Staff friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place. Very satisfied and if in North Bay will stay there.

All was good .
Receved help when asked. Response was quick and very helpful and pleasant,
Staff went the extra mile to be pleasant and helpful. Courteous all the time.
Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Cons:

Personally I am not a big fan about welcoming animals and pets, where I stay.
Would like a map of where everything is eg the pool, sauna, hot tub , coffee room etc

Overall our stay was fine. The staff were very friendly.
Pros:

Great breakfast and good service in the restaurant.

Cons:

Did not like the "pre-authorization" system at check-in. Very confusing and presumably not necessary as you had our credit card info when we reserved the room. That was sufficient at all the other chain hotels we stayed at. We thought we had been charged twice when we checked our credit card charges later. Would have liked an info sheet at check-in explaining system and other general information about the hotel, but realize paperless is the way to go now.

Friendly staff, great food, and very clean hotel!
Pros:

Best Western in North Bay proved to be a great choice for our recent Trapper's Convention weekend. Staff here are wonderful! Food is great and our food choices were reasonably priced. Although the bar itself was not open during our stay, bar food is available through the restaurant. The entire hotel is kept very clean, pool was great (I'm not so sure about the hot tub) and the cost of our stay was was reasonable at today's prices. Glad to say it was also nice and quiet during our visit. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Pushes you out the door.
Pros:

Room was clean and so was the hotel.

Cons:

Staff was incredibly pushy in our check out process. It was borderline harassment!!! Was approached by housekeeping staff twice before the 11am to check out. This was all before the check out time of 11 am. Was called from the front desk at 10:50am asking for us to check out. This left us with a feeling rushed out the door. Also worth noting that the hotel was at less than 10% capacity. My spouse and I were debating on spending another night, but after the treatment we received we decided to move to the Hampton Inn for the remainder of our stay. Don't think I'll be staying with the Best Western North Bay again.

A friendly, thoughtful and considerate staff providing an enjoyable visit.
Pros:

Great location, very, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, neat, organized and Bobbie was an exceptional host (front desk). We were visiting for a wedding at a nearby resort and it was a short 5 minute drive away. The staff provide assistance with directions.
