Not a great value. Should have had a much better price. Def not a $100 ( including tax) room. Lesson learned.
Pros:

Location was great. FYI: booking.com says there is no parking, but of course there is! Booking.com also says deposit is $25 & must be cash, but they actually have a $50 deposit & it can be on a cc. I like that. It will be easier to dispute if it is not refunded.

Cons:

It was probably clean, just didn’t feel that way. The room seemed cleaner than the hallways. The outer door to the parking lot did not always lock. Sometimes I was able to get in without a pass/room key.

Overall it was good. Nobody bothered us, it was very clean, and safe area so overall we were satisfied.
Pros:

The location was a good safe area and never worried about anything.

Cons:

Our room was going downhill like the building was falling with big cracks in the walls and the bathroom door frame was very uneven from the lean of the building so I was constantly afraid it would cave at any given moment. Might be the ground settling a whole lot but truly felt like it would fall over with the unevenness of everything.

People coming in at all odds and times of the night are very noisy and disrespectful
