Herzliches Verwöhn-Hotel im Herzen von Wernigerode
Pros:

Aufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert. Ein tolles Hotel mit super Personal. Der kleine Fitnessraum ist ausreichend. Toller Spa-Bereich mit gut gepflegtem Saunabereich. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel (Parkhaus) Die angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant sind exzellent und toll angerichtet.

Cons:

Im kleinen Fitnessraum fehlt ein Laufband, der Crosstrainer war defekt.
Spontane Besuche im Hotel-Restaurant sind kaum möglich. Wer sich dem bewusst ist bucht längerfristig vor oder wählt Halbpension.
Parkhaus sehr preisintensiv.

Stabile Leistung in top Lage
Pros:

Wir kennen das Haus schon lange und fahren immer gerne hin. Top Lage und sehr angenehmes Personal.

Cons:

Wie in allen Hotels nahezu mittlerweile üblich, verändern sich manche liebgewonnen Services aufgrund von Fachkräfte-Mangel, bei trotzdem steigenden PReisen. Das ist keine Kritik am Haus, sondern eine Feststellung. Wir haben auch direkt den nächsten Urlaub dort gebucht.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt auf dem Marktplatz in Wenigerode. Tolles Früstück. Eine sehr schöne Bar für den Abend. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Teppich im Zimmer. Badewanne als Duschmöglichkeit. Eine moderne Dusche wäre bei dem ansonsten so schönen Hotel angebrachter.

Durchweg Positiv, sehr zufrieden!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super, etwas gehoben und sehr sauber. Auch das Personal war unglaublich nett, die viele Tipps gaben und bei allen Fragen zur Stelle waren. Gerade die Kleinigkeiten lassen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern. Ob es die Rosen für die Frauen oder die inkludierte Minibar mit sehr leckeren Saftschorlen sind - sowas bleibt in Erinnerung!
Für einen Besuch in Wernigerode ist das Hotel perfekt, es liegt direkt am Marktplatz und lässt alles fußläufig erreichen.
Ein besonderes Lob an das Frühstücksbuffet, nicht nur das Standartbuffe sehr lecker sondern auch die Sonerbestellung von Omelett und Spiegelei der reine Wahnsinn!
Man kann das Hotel, trotz des gehobenen Preises, nur empfehlen. Wir werden die Erfahrung in dem Hotel bei einer nächsten Buchung berücksichtigen!

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Super freundliches Personal, Frühstück erstklassig,Zimmer und gesamtes Haus sehr gepflegt.

Cons:

Da gibt es eigentlich nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Bei den Preisen für das Parken allerdings müsste man etwas günstiger sein.

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig, große Zimmer mit einer Treppe geht es in den Schlafbereich, es ist daher nicht barrierefrei. Wir hatten aber auch keines angemeldet.
