Sehr freundlich Personal, hervorragende Sauberkeit
Pros:

Super Lage, super Ambiente!
Es gibt nichts zu meckern!
Das Personal ist sowas von freundlich, man fühlt sich gleich gut aufgehoben!

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit!
Das geht an die Küche! Der Koch sollte bei 20€ für ein Nudelgericht die Kalkulation überdenken.
Ich dachte es war eine Vorspeise. Geschmacklich war es aber gut.

Schön wohnen, Essen unbedingt vermeiden!

Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Lage alles bestens

Cons:

Das Essen war eine Katastrophe! Ich hatte einen 80igsten Geburtstag angemeldet und um eine nette Deko gebeten. Dem wurde nicht entsprochen. Das Essen war völlig überteuert und einfach nur schlecht!!! Ich hatte einen Burger gewählt, der weder gewürzt noch zumindest medium gebraten war!! Kulanterweise wurde hier bereits am Tisch nichts berechnet. Das Essen meines Mannes- eine Harzer Platte - war komplett geschmacklos, völlig lieblos angerichtet und das dazugehörige Griebenschmalz bestand nur aus unkaubaren harten Grieben! Des Weiteren wurde dazu kein Teller serviert, so dass man keinen Platz hatte das Brot zu schmieren! Für ein solches Haus zu den exorbitanten Preisen einfach nur beschämend. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen, vom Essen allerdings ist dringend abzuraten!

Ein tolles Hotel wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder 👍.
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Hotel sieht toll aus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Unser Zimmer war super sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Kaminzimmer am Abend sehr zu empfehlen leckere Cocktails in entspannter Atmosphäre. Es gibt einen tollen Wellnessbereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Fällt mir nichts ein🤷‍♀️.

Dejligt hotel centralt beliggende i Wernigerode/Harzen.
Pros:

Hotellet ligger centralt i den skønne by, Wernigerode som er en skøn by i Harzen. Vi fik en super betjening i receptionen ved vores ankomst og hotellet har fine værelser.

Cons:

Spa-wellness centrets faciliteter var afgjort både mindre og dårligere end forventet - den lange liste over faciliteter/muligheder under overskriften Wellness fik os til at tro der var flere muligheder - også i forhold til hvad vi har fået andre steder.
Morgenmaden var super, super dejlig, aftensmaden var ikke spændende.

​I absolutely loved my stay! The location of the hotel is perfect and very convenient. I truly enjoyed myself: the spa area was fantastic and extremely relaxing, and the breakfast was amazing with a great selection of delicious food.

Cons:

​Unfortunately, there were severe issues with the room that ruined the experience. It was impossible to turn off the bathroom extractor fan, and it made a constant, loud noise. To block the noise, I kept the bathroom door closed, but during the night, a very strong and terrible smell of urine filled the room. I couldn’t open the window to get fresh air because it was cold outside. As a result, the smell was unbearable, and I literally had to sleep with my nose tucked under the blanket just to be able to breathe. This is unacceptable.

Ein märchenhafter Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage, sehr sauber und luxuriös.
Pros:

Eines der schönsten und besten Hotels, in dem wir bisher in Deutschland übernachten durften! Die Lage mitten am Markt im Zentrum der malerischen Altstadt mit den vielen Fachwerkhäusern ist perfekt! Im hauseigenen Parkhaus kann für 18 € / Tag geparkt werden. Zur Bimmelbahn, die zum Schloss hochfährt, sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zahlreiche gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Zu meinem Geburtstag am Anreisetag gab es sogar eine Flasche eisgekühlten Sekt und etwas Kuchen mit einer persönlichen Glückwunschkarte! Das (Superior)Doppelzimmer und Bad (samt Badewanne) waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Und hier kommt die Liebe zum Detail: Als ich aus der Dusche kam, konnte ich mich trotz der feuchten Luft doch tatsächlich im Spiegel sehen - denn der war beheizt! Der Blick morgens aus dem Fenster auf das Schloss Wernigerode und die schöne Kirche gegenüber war schon fast märchenhaft! Und das Frühstück war hervorragend! Alles schien "hausgemacht" zu sein, zumindest wart alles frisch und wahrscheinlich vom örtlichen Fleischer und Bäcker zubereitet. Solch leckere Brötchen (ohne "Luftfüllung") habe ich zuletzt in den 1980er Jahren im Westen gegessen! Die Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Fisch, Marmeladen usw. war riesig. Selbst die Butter und die Margarine kamen nicht in den üblichen Plastikbehältern, sondern frisch "am Stück" zum Abschneiden. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis war mehr als angemessen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Nice. But I expect more for the rate. Wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Location is amazing. There were some really friendly guys on the front desk and 1 friendly breakfast staff member. The beds were really comfy and the room a good size.

Cons:

50% of the staff were rude. We called to see if they had space for dinner, the kind man at the desk warned us to book. We called with little warning but didnt expect to be spoken to so rudely by the woman on the phone. We were simply enquiring.
Each breakfast there was no one there to greet you which isnt bad. Just meant you had to grab a baby seat yourself if needed, move everything around to get set up. And we often had to search staff out if we wanted something odd the menu. Again, not bad, but for the price you expect breakfast to feel smoother. Not sure if theyre understaffed but the experience wasnt matching the price. One particular waitress was rude when we asked for more coffee, unhelpful.
The bathrooms are slightly outdated and not properly clean. Absolutely fine for 3* but from the price expect a bit more. Bathroom had a good few old water marks.

Very enjoyable. Hoping to stay again before long.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was more than adequate, with a good choice of hot and cold food. The dinning room is big airy and peaceful. The dinner menu comprehensive for most tastes and bi think being the only 'Brit' there was supplied with a printed translated menu. Ver good.

Cons:

Nothing to speak of.

Die Lage direkt am Marktplatz ist natürlich exzellent. Frühstück war Weltklasse. So eine tolle Müsliecke,selten erlebt. Der Barbereich ist sehr einladend gestaltet.Die Sauberkeit war nicht zu beanstanden.

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen sind dringend auszuwechseln. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr schallgedämmt. Sodass um 7.00 die Nacht ein jehes Ende findet,vor lauter Lärm. Abendessen war nicht immer möglich,wegen Mitarbeitermangel. Das kann passieren. Doch gegenüber im Weissen Hirsch ist die Küche noch ein Ticken exklusiver.
