Der Wellness Bereich ist durch den Whirlpool sehr laut

Auch für Hundehalter eine absolute Buchungsempfehlung
Pros:

Super-Lage inmitten der Altstadt, Zimmer absolut stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr haustierfreundlich ( Futter-und Wasserschüssel, Liegedecke), separater Raum für Frühstück mit Hundebegleitung.
Frühstückbuffet grandios, ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Absolut außergewöhnlich war das überaus freundliche und kompetente Personal.

Cons:

Am Tag der Anreise waren die Straßen zum Hotel/Parkhaus wegen Bauarbeiten gesperrt, ohne dass die Gemeinde eine zielführende Umleitung ausgeschildert hat. Mußte weit ausserhalb parken und Hotel zu Fuß kontaktieren. Glücklicherweise war an der Reception eine ortskundige und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin die mir auf einem mitgegebenen Stadtplan 'Schleichwege' eingezeichnet hat.

Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Fehlern in der Ausschreibung

Die zentrale Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals . Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet

Cons:

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage wie in der Ausschreibung angegeben . Es handelt sich nur um eine Lüftungsanlage , die nur einige grad unter Außentemperatur kühlt , das bringt bei 36 grad nur wenig. Die gebuchten superiorzimmer haben nicht Dusche und Badewanne sondern nur eine Wanne mit sehr hohem und durch die feststehende duschabtrennung sehr beschwerlichem Einstieg .

Das Hotel liegt zentral am Marktplatz, gegenüber ist das Rathaus, welches zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes leider eingerüstet war. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, lediglich den in der Frühstückskarte frisch gepressten Orangensaft habe ich vermisst.

Cons:

Die finnische Sauna hat für einen regelmäßigen Saunagänger einfach zu heiß. Leider gab es auch niemanden, den man hierzu hätte ansprechen können.

Die Kopfkissen waren sehr hart, und die Klimaanlage konnte leider die Leistung nicht bringen, aber es war auch sehr heiß draußen
