Awful.
Cons:

Roaches in room and very uncleanly can tell they dont even try to clean the room well.

Never again.
Cons:

Someone else's hair in bed and shower. Bathroom needed a deep clean, walls looked like they had mold on them. You can hear everything, the upstairs toilet flush, the neighbors TV, people talking outside.

Absolutely awful and didn’t even stay!!!
Pros:

Nothing! There were ants in our room, the worst place I’ve ever wasted my money on and we didn’t even end up staying because of the bugs!!!

The place stinks and is run poorly.
Pros:

Pretty much just a bed to sleep in and free parking.

Cons:

I did the pre-check in and prepaid 24 hours before arriving. Got there at 8pm which had also been preapproved for my check in time. Front desk guy told me I didn’t have a reservation. He told me to show him my confirmation so I did and instead of reading it, he immediately saw the check out date and told me I was wrong. I made him read it again then he tried to make a call. He holds on to my id and just takes off into the hotel (likely looking for a manager but didn’t say anything to me). He comes back a couple minutes later and says he accidentally checked someone else into my room. No apology, just puts us in our new room. Room immediately smells like mold and mildew. TV remote was sticky, paint looked like a “landlord special,” black patches along the ceiling (likely mold or dust), no working vent in the bathroom, grime under the handle of bathtub, toilet barely flushed, no ice tub, no iron, dirty clothes bag, no body length mirror, and only 1 wash cloth. “Breakfast” the next day included make your own waffles, 3 cereal options, brown bananas, oranges, yogurt, 1 bagel and juice. Not a single protein option. Any John can get in any of the exterior doors because they are just unlocked, not requiring key entry. Hopefully you don’t get chased by a serial killer because if you try to hurry into your room, the key card will take several tries to get into your room, as they are extremely finicky.

Overpriced for what it was. The staff was very friendly however

Well lit and easy to find. Building was in good shape from the outside

Cons:

The carpet was dirty and there was mold in the bathroom. The bed creaked and felt like it would collapse with normal movement.

Overall the stay was good but there could have been more attention to detail in cleaning the room.

I liked that this property was close to everything and it was easy to get around.

Cons:

The room had a dampness to it that didn’t go away. The carpet felt wet and had a pet oder to it. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well and had stains on the walls.
