The staff tried to help me find a room that was suitable, but it took three tries before I found one
Cons:

The lock on the door was broke so all you had to do was push in from the hallway and you could enter my room. That was the second room that I looked at the first one was very sketchy.

Staff assume things, and are very disrespectful and make up lies to pull your reservation.

The staff was disrespectful, asked me and my family to leave because they assumed I was throwing a party, booked this hotel room because I live out of town and was having a graduation party the next day, the threatened to call the police and pull my reservation if my guests that weren’t staying over night didn’t leave within an hour, 30 minutes after telling me that they called the hotel room phone threatening the police because “I was throwing a party and there was noise complaints” mind you ONLY house keepers were on the floor at this time and nobody else in rooms because no other rooms were ready.. I checked in at 3pm my room was not ready. They even asked me to leave the establishment after my guests had left when police were threatened for no reason. There was children and a few adults (mostly children) and everyone had to leave after only being there for 45ish minutes. I left the establishment after I got all of my belongings together not too shortly after all my guests left. If you’re traveling this hotel is definitely not recommended. This was the worst experience at a home I have ever had.

I left
Pros:

Absolutely nothing I didn't even stay in booked with free cancelation. Got told it was 90. Now charged 260.

Cons:

Everything. Staff was beyond rude. The hotel was dirty. The room is not what I booked and dirty
