This is the best hotel in Dublin. We stayed here at Christmas and it was exceptional. The staff were unbelievable so nice and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
The hotel is great for kids! It was decorated to beautifully for Christmas and the food was excellent. We had Christmas Eve lunch here and was gorgeous (Koztastinas looked after us so well). The rooms were perfect so nice and spacious and the breakfast is amazing (Erin was so lovely and attentive every morning)
We will definitely be back!!
This stay was at the end of a seven week trip to Asia and Australia including exotic Bali. We stayed in five star hotels in every location. The Intercontinental Dublin topped them all. The room was exceptionally comfortable, the service provided by the staff at the restaurant and bars and housekeeping was excellent. The vocalist/pianist in the lobby lounge was a delight, the whole room enjoyed her singing. The attention to detail in every area was first class. It is indeed our favourite hotel anywhere.
As always, we had a wonderful stay in the Intercontinental where we met up with old friends for a short stay.
We were warmly welcomed as we arrived on a wet & windy afternoon and escorted with ease to our bedrooms which were very large and spacious and I can safely say I don't think I have ever slept in a more comfortable bed with beautiful linen and plush fluffy pillows.
We enjoyed a few drinks and dinner in the Lobby lounge, which was scrumptious and very relaxing, I would highly recommend the Prawn & Lobster cocktail it was delicious.
Breakfast the next day was a feast, and we were so well looked after by all the staff and enjoyed both the buffet selection and Eggs benedict from the table menu.
Thank you for a great stay it was first class and we will definitely return.
We had the most perfect stay in the Intercontinental Dublin, celebrating our wedding anniversary. Everything was flawless from beginning to end, could not fault a thing. Truly a 5 star experience!
We enjoyed a most delicious meal in the Intercontinental. The variety of food was so fresh and of such high quality. Try the prawn starter and the mixed grilled fish main course -Both superb !The presentation of the food was beautiful and both Daniel and Maria looked after us so well and explained the various food choices . There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the dining room and everything was prepared to a very high standard . A very balanced food and drinks menu with great choice to suit every palate .Highly recommend for a great evening . We have been coming here regularly over the years and the food gets better each time!
Having suppmemtal cost for certain breakfast. Paying €27 for parking also isnt great.
Meeting up with friends is always special. Choosing to meet at the Intercontinental adds another layer of special. We were warmly welcomed and experienced professional service throughout. We completely relaxed and slept in the most comfortable beds with beautiful bedlinen and pillows. Suffice to say, we will be back. Thank you all for a wonderful 24 hours of hospitality.
My wife and I blindly booked 5 nights at the Intercontinental Dublin to see what the City of Dublin was like for the holidays. What a great experience. It started with Trevor greeting us at the door and the wonderful staff at the front desk. Orlinsa, the hotel manager warmly greeted us everyday to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays but even without that, it is a beautiful hotel. Don't miss the "Whiskey Bar", it looks like something you would see in the movies and the bartenders are friendly and generous. I would highly recommend the breakfast package. The assortment of food was great and filling. Jackie would great us every morning and seat us with a good view of the garden. We had a lite lunch on afternoon and dinner our last night and we were no disappointed. Our suite was spacious and beautiful. This trip was a gift my wife and I gave each other for Christmas and what a wonderful gift it was. If you are going to visit Dublin, I highly recommend staying at the Intercontinental.
Stayed at this hotel as a surprise for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Our experience from check in to check out was a first class one.
The room was spacious and very quiet. All the usual in room facilities that you would expect.
The food, both breakfast and dinner were excellent.
We will definitely be returning.
Great hotel with magnificent staff - truely 5 Star!
I have been visiting for years and am always met with the same welcoming warmth. On this occasion, our host Safi was outstanding – attentive and genuinely welcoming. The bar staff are exceptional, and the cocktails are a touch of class: refined, balanced, and impeccably presented.
True quality lies in consistency, and the InterContinental delivers it effortlessly.
Had a few drinks at the bar with friends. Cosy & quiet bar. Safi was very friendly and took the time to chat with us. Will definitely be back!
Great Location, Great atmosphere, staff professional and friendly, spotless room clean
5 out of 5! Hotel very nice and staff so friendly and kind. Valeria is one of the bartenders - very kind and attentive. Excellent representation for the hotel!
We highly recommend this hotel for a lovely meal and excellent service from valena orla and Andrea in the restaurant, thanks for a lovely stay
Excellent service by Valeria, really enjoyed our meal. She went the extra mile by bringing us out a congratulatory place after our tryka competition. It made our day !!
