The Most Exquisite Lunch
Pros:

Our group of 13 friends had the most exquisite afternoon celebrating my 70th Birthday in the beautiful Reading Room of the Intercontinental. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel special from the moment we arrived. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the service was first class throughout. The food was just sublime. Every course was delicious and my friends all rated it as one of the best meals they have had. A perfect setting for any celebration. I couldn't recommend it enough and I kook forward to my next visit.

Pros:

You really need to spend cocktail hour at the hotel bar. Beautiful room with a top notch bartender.. Safi. Great selection of gins, Irish whiskey and of course beer. Always a pleasure spending time here.

Always a good stay…
Pros:

This place is always great. I promise you will get some of the best sleep you’ve ever had in these beds. The bar is outstanding. If Safi happens to be your bartender, he will take very good care of you.

Location and convenience are the only things to like.
Pros:

Location and convenience is the only thing that keeps bringing me back to this property.

Cons:

The staff used to be fabulous but the past few years this has slipped dramatically. There’s nothing about this place that is 5* other than the price. The staff verge on rude and they excel at being unhelpful.

This hotel truly lives up to 5 star.The staff at reception are very welcoming and helpful
The food is delicious.The bedroom was very nice -bright and spacious.The pool,saunaetc.is the best .The hotel enjoys a fabulous location - a stones throw from the RDS and close to the city.

A wonderful short getaway!
Pros:

We recently had an overnight stay for two and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, staff were exceptional..warm and welcoming.

The room had the most comfortable bed , it was like sleeping in a cloud ! The highlight of our visit was the spa, which was incredibly relaxing and peaceful, making it easy to fully switch off and enjoy our time. Breakfast the next morning was absolutely divine. The quality of food is amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful short getaway. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay, eat and drink.

Fabulous hotel. Visited as a
surprise for my birthday. Rooms are perfect, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.

Safi behind the bar was so informative and helpful when deciding on a whisky to try. He listened attentively to the flavours we like and his recommendation was perfect.
Friendliest bar manager I have ever met and couldn’t do enough for you. Thank you Safi.

Special weekend in Dublin
Pros:

What a beautiful hotel, it was perfect for a celebration weekend for my wife’s birthday. Breakfast was abundant and the scones to die for. If you are lucky enough with the weather the walk into town is not too long. Drinks I the page were special and Safi made us feel very welcome and looked after us. The room was perfect and definitely got me bonus points with the wife.
