The atmosphere, warm welcomes and small chit chat from all the staff made it very special and put me at ease.
The room was splendid. Bed and linen lovely, bathroom clean and modern.
Gym is 24 hours: brillant and a good set up.
Food & service: good selection and well made. Good sizing.
Location: less than 1 hour walk to main city (handy if you fancy walking around) otherwise 20 odd mins by car.

Unbelievable time staying here, hands down some of the most helpful friendly staff i’ve ever seen special shout out to gary who checked us in and out absolute gent. 10/10 highly recommend.
Very nice clean room and lovely big bathroom. Room had everything we needed. We were able to check in to our room early which was great.
Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage with reception staff on the last day when we checked out. We were disappointed to find that when we returned to pick up our luggage, they had just been left outside the front of the hotel. Not very secure?
We used the spa twice - clean, good facilities and lovely staff.
We ate in the restaurant twice - lunch and dinner. Both meals were outstanding. Slightly disappointed that there were limited vegetarian options. Cocktails were also excellent.
Taxi 15 minutes to Temple Bar and 25 minutes to the airport.
Would definitely recommend and hope to return.
We stayed in the most spacious, luxurious bedrooms ever & the rooms were immaculately clean. I had one of the best nights sleep ever, the bed was so, so comfortable. The bathrooms were equally as spacious & spotless.
We loved the atmosphere. We felt very relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The superb staff took care of our every need. We dined at the hotel and the whole dinner experience was phenomenal. The delicious cuisine and beautiful presentation won us all over. Serious foodies would love this place.
Our friend was celebrating her 60th birthday and we were delighted to have chosen such a superb hotel for our get together.

This hotel would be a favourite of ours - the staff are excellent and the place is spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and the location works as there are good restaurants around .

This is the best hotel in Dublin. We stayed here at Christmas and it was exceptional. The staff were unbelievable so nice and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
The hotel is great for kids! It was decorated to beautifully for Christmas and the food was excellent. We had Christmas Eve lunch here and was gorgeous (Koztastinas looked after us so well). The rooms were perfect so nice and spacious and the breakfast is amazing (Erin was so lovely and attentive every morning)
We will definitely be back!!
