Nonostante la vicinanza con la strada non c'era fastidio o rumore nella camera

Durante la pulizia delle camere non sono stati sostituiti prodotti messi a disposizione dall'hotel tipo le creme corpo

Pros:

Hotel con bella camera spaziosa e pulita. Acqua e thè tisane e caffè a disposizione. Colazione super!

Limpeza, atenção dos funcionários, ótima localização e café da manhã excelentes. 👌

Cons:

A única ressalva é que as janelas só abrem em modo basculante.
Como gosto de abrir a janela, foi frustrante.

It was comfortable and most of the staffs was very friendly .
Pros:

Breakfast was great but we had to leave early for our flight and forgot to ask the travel breakfast box ,I felt they should accommodate even without asked .The early morning reception was not so friendly at all.

Cons:

The staffs at evening shift was friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Good location and many restaurants around the hotel.The breakfast was excellent and plenty of bakery.The dining room staffs was very friendly.

Cons:

Arrive at 9 p.m. The reception only had one person and no one ask for help to take our luggages.

Localização

Cons:

Insonorização. Paredes parecem de papel. O corredor faz eco e ouve-se barrulho a noite toda.
O cortinado não é blackout e nao fecha por completo, por isso, assim que o sol nasce entra muita luz no quarto.

Great hotel, wonderful staff
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. Special mention to Jacqueline and Rui for going above and beyond. Our flight was delayed so we arrived quite late. The staff were very accommodating and prepared a meal specifically for my wife who is a coeliac, my mother and I had the buffet and they allowed my stepfather to have a meal from the bar menu in the restaurant. Food was very nice and good breakfast options for coeliacs.
My wife also had issues sleeping (mostly due to my snoring) and Rui spend hours juggling rooms around to get us an extra room right next door to our existing room.
The staff really made the experience a very pleasant one.

Cons:

Mattresses and pillows weren't paticularly comfortable. Walls were pretty thin and could hear neighbouring rooms quite clearly.
