A localização é excelente, perto dos pontos turísticos e bairro muito seguro. O café da manhã era muito bom. Atendimento muito simpático.

Cómoda opción para visitar Lisboa
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para visitar Lisboa, está a 2 minutos de 2 estaciones de metro línea roja y azul. La roja te lleva directamente al aeropuerto. También se encuentra muy cerca el corte inglés Centro comercial no( donde puedes hacer compras y cuenta con una zona amplia d comidas, y un supermercado). El servicio del hotel excelente, realizaban el aseo en la habitación todos los días, desayuno buffet con gran variedad, personal amable y cordial, siempre te dejan en la mesa agua y tienes un hervidor para hacer té y café. Nuestra experiencia fue buena, relación calidad y precio buena.

Hotel trés bien placé sur 2 lignes de métro et trés appréciable pour se déplacer. Pt déjeuner complet

Un gros manque de personnel qui parle français. Je me débrouille en anglais mais pour des détails d explications c était compliqué et j ai compris que c était a moi de faire des efforts, le personnel de l accueil n était pas toujours très aidant, me faisant comprendre que je ne parlais pas leur langue.
Les 2 fois ou j ai eu un monsieur qui parlant français j ai apprécié et surtout sa gentillesse. pour un hôtel 4 étoiles plus de personnel parant plusieurs langues est un minimum qu on attend.
