Pros:

Liked the location and area, quiet and nice. Just next to https://gulbenkian.pt/cam/ (modern art museum) Walkable distance from downtown (Check the distance, it’s matter of oppinion, I like to walk).

Cons:

Not super soundproof ;)

Wonderful location and helpful staff
Pros:

We are visiting from the USA and on The Best of Portugal tour. From the time we arrived we were welcomed, helped with directions, and assisted with luggage drop off. Because it was too early for check in we toured around the area. This hotel is near the metro, a relaxing park and a wonderful shopping mall.
The rooms are clean, quiet and the beds comfortable. We were impressed with the full breakfast and the efficiency of staff. I would like to thank especially Pedro Teixeira for his service and kindness. We will return at the end of our tour

Disappointing, couldn’t sleep
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff and space was nice

Cons:

No sound proofing in the bedrooms at all - couldn’t sleep a wink because I could hear literally every word and noise from the room next door all night

Deffinately not a four star hotel! Really low standard
Pros:

Good location in the city, but thas pretty much it. They state to be a four star hotel, but that is just a joke. If you compare with Four Seasons, which is very close and is a five star hotel, this is maybe two.
The lobby area is not inviting to sit and chill in. There is a bar around in the back, but did not try it.
Rooms are very minimalistic and furniture are old. There are som cracks here and there and wall moldings are lose here and there. The lighting is horrendous; its like a hospital. Very cold and white light, so you do not want to have the lights on. Bed was rock hard and no comfort. TV did only have one english channel, which was a movie channel, so no BBC or CNN even.
The bathroom was ok, but instead of real glass, there were only paper mugs. Come on.
Breakfast was honestly really bad. The scrambled egg tasted and felt like it was two days old, and the Greek yogurt looked almost like wallpaper paste and did not taste anything. I hardly ate. Luckily it was only for two days and I bought breakfast at our venu in stead.

So over all a very low standard and deffinately not a four star hotel and I will deffinately not come back to this hotel.

Pros:

Was ok

Cons:

The room was very cold and the AC in the room did not provide any good warming. Towels were of cheap quality and the mattress was just fine
