Low Bugdet aber alles in allem solide und gut.
Pros:

Sehr nettes, entgegenkommendes Personal. Die Lage ist gut direkt an der Metro, obwohl wir ins Centrum doch ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit hatten. An das Hotel schließt ein Einkaufszentrum an. Dort befindet sich ein kleiner asiatischer Imbiss. Absolute Empfehlung, das Essen war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Im Hotel wurde gebaut, mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Das Frühstück ist nicht für jeden geeignet (Diabetiker oder Laktoseintolleranz).

Pros:

La proximité avec métro. Une grande surface juste à côté et le personnel sympathique

Cons:

Pas d'eau le premier jour du fait travaux je penses sur l'établissement. La télé qui ne fonctionner pas .

Un peu déçu du cadre de l hôtel

We were happy to come back, and we might come back again.
Pros:

I returned to this hotel after a few years. It is located on the outskirts of Paris, but this wasn't an issue. There is a nearby road and rail hub providing transport to the airport (bus 351 takes 35–45 minutes and costs €2.50) and access to the metro, which can take you to the city center in 20 minutes. I appreciated the value for money. The hotel is clean and well-maintained (incidentally, renovation work was actually underway, but it wasn't noticeable and there was no noise). Housekeeping was provided daily upon request. The room is equipped with an electric kettle and supplies for tea and coffee—a great feature, especially since there is no fridge in the room. There is also a shopping center (with an Auchan store) nearby where we picked up supplies. The amenities are basic, commensurate with the price paid. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The only thing that influenced my rating was the air conditioning system, which cannot be adjusted manually. I didn't realize it at first, but during the night I froze under the duvet (even though it was summer) because the air conditioning was very strong and blew directly over the bed. I thought I’d end up with neuralgia.
RECOMMENDATION – since modernization work is currently underway at the hotel, please give guests the option to adjust the temperature or air conditioning in their rooms!

Pros:

La décoration de la chambre d'hôtel était originale… L'emplacement était pratique pour utiliser les transports en commun (métro, bus)…

Cons:

Dans la salle de bains, ce serait bien d'ajouter des petites serviettes pour se laver le visage… Dommage que la fenêtre de la chambre ne s'ouvre pas. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas très satisfaisant…

المكتوب عندكم يوجد تكييف في كل غرفه وعندما وصلنا تفاجئنا بان موظف الاستقبال يقول لا وجود للتكييف في الغرف لا وحتى لا يوجد شباك في الغرفه حالفنا الحظ ان باريس في فتره إقامتنا لم تكن حاره جدا وإلا لم نكن نستطيع النوم هناك

Pros:

Personnel agréable. Chambre refaite, propre

Cons:

Problème de télévision, chaîne qui ne marche pas dans la 1er chambre, on m a changé de chambre idem. La personne de l acceuil adorable. Il a fait tout son possible mais idem dans la 2eme chambre. Problème a réglé car ce n est pas normal d être ss tv a l hotel
