When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.

Other Policies : A credit card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. Should the card decline, The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking

No-Show Policy:
All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
No-show reservations will be canceled and charged for the first night, as per the Talbot Collection booking policy.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

It was great, stay ...my only comment is about the brass restaurant..... honestly I expect a bit more .....food wasn't that great....

Not impressed about bathing facilities.
Pros:

Comfy bed. Very quiet even on the main road. Food

Cons:

False advertising. Booked a superior king and was given a double upon arrival. Also booked as it advertised a bath and separate walk in shower which were key for myself and the Partner. He required showers I required the bath. The actual rooms contained one or the other. Booked the hotel specifically for the bathing facilities. Also need to advertise that if you upgrade your starter to a main portion you have to order chips/rice separately and you may as well get a main as the portions were better for the cost

Pros:

We liked the location of the hotel, we booked a double room but we got a small upgrade to Juntor Suit - big thank you to Bala . The staff was really nice and helpful.

Cons:

The AC in the room is placed over the bed ,and is a bit noisy.
We went to get something to eat .The food was nice but arrived a bit cold

The room was nice and comfortable
Late checkout was available for €20

Nice bar

Cons:

Can be noisy on the corridors outside the bedroom.
No option to get a drink as a resident when the bar closes which was a pity!
Complimentary bottled water in the room would be nice
Corridors lift are in need of paint refurb very tired looking
