When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.
Other Policies : A credit card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. Should the card decline, The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking
No-Show Policy:
All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
No-show reservations will be canceled and charged for the first night, as per the Talbot Collection booking policy.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Hotel was clean and comfortable; staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional and the bar/restaurant was great.
No negative comments
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It had parking, ample parking. It was near a bus stop, and it had water on all the floors for you to refill your water bottle.
Breakfast frittata was delicious, and they had real coffee and cappuchino which was appreciated.
Mushrooms were too greasy..swimming in oil.
Probably worth the €15 extra
Bathroom decor was nice.
Dissappointingly,The furniture in my bedroom was badly scuffed and there were red marks on the wall. It would take 5 minutes to paint over the red marks on the wall, and another 15 to sand down and paint over the damaged table. Showerhead is not detachable and is is the bath, which I don't like.
And because of all the labourers and workmen staying in the hotel, who wore their work boots around the hotel, there was dried-in muck and grass on the stairs, for example. I think guests should respect other guests by dressing appropriately for breakfast, even if that means bringing a pair of shoes to wear around the hotel. The room I booked, when on Booking, it didn't say it was an adjoining room, so there was just a door between me and people in the room next door, and thankfully they were very respectful and kept quiet, and yet I could hear their television, which was on very quiet. But had I known it was an adjoining room, I wouldn't have booked it, because the danger is that somebody won't be considerate..
Lovely hotel with friendly accommodating staff. Lovely carpark. Restaurant food was lovely. Absolutely no complaints at all about this lovely hotel
I had reserved a Triple Room to share with my sister and father, and we were very pleased with our stay. The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Parking was also very convenient.
The Reception staff were friendly and helpful, both during check-in and when arranging a taxi for us. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone.
Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was really good for me
I said in room 156 outside there was very loud extractor fan blowing all night

The room was comfortable. 1 double and 2 singles for a father & 2 adult daughters.

A second breakfast chef would have been beneficial, as the one chef on duty seemed to be under a lot of pressure.

reception team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. room was spotless and very spacious and I especially loved having a table with two chairs !
The gym was also excellent. The treadmill was smooth and perfect for running.

I have stayed here several times. Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Food here is top notch and the rooms are always spotless and first class. Also big car park with plenty of space. I would highly recommend to anyone.
