When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.
Other Policies : A credit card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival. Should the card decline, The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking
No-Show Policy:
All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
No-show reservations will be canceled and charged for the first night, as per the Talbot Collection booking policy.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Bedrooms are excellent from a quality point of view, especially comfort and cleanliness
The cleanliness of the bar was not good, in particular the seating and tables were dirty and sticky
The Guinness was so bitter that I could not finish the second pint. I would suggest the lines need more regular cleaning.
The hotel is located close to bus stop into Dublin. The city was fairly easy to reach
There was no coffee machine so that was a bit disappointing

Location was key for me as attending a 60th Birthday, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself, staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. All definitely stay here again.

Lovely Staff, relaxed atmosphere
More variety on the Bar food menu. Location, was a distance from most things, public transport not great so had to get taxi's which were very expensive.
It was overall a good experience, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. The location worked well for my meetings and was easily accessible with public transport. Value for money was a bit hit and miss but the facilities were up to the standard one would expect. The reception staff was especially friendly and helpful.
Noise levels in the bedroom were acceptable save for the occasions when the adjacent goods elevator was used (which produced a strong electrical buzzing noise) or neighbours were opening and closing their room doors.
The breakfast fell below my expectations: the selection for vegetarians was quite limited in the "hot" meal section in particular, summoning the cook with the bell was a bit cumbersome (why can it not be self service?) and there could have been a greater variety of fruits and more" cold" options than white and brown toast with jam. It was also notable that the breakfast staff had some unresolved tensions, at times they were bickering in front of the guests.

Bed was comfortable.
Given wrong room on check in. I was then asked twice to prove what room I had pre booked. That night alot of people in the lobby wearing pyjamas. No bottles of water in the bedroom or even a fridge in the room considering it was a superior king room. Breakfast was only fair.
Location was ideal.
The sink in the bedroom would not let the water out. Maintenance had to be called the following morning before we checked out. Therefore we were unable to use the sink.
