Summary of Critical Failures:

Night 1 – Room 228:
was given me to sleep in at midnight (around 2.00 am), but the smoke detector produced constant noise. Despite immediate reporting, the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, resulting in severe sleep disruption.

Night 2 –
The sensor again started making noise and your front desk shifted me to Room 225 at midnight because the sensor was still not fixed and I was temporarily moved to this room.

Night 3 – Rooms 218, 217, 314:
At midnight the sensor started making sound again because the battery issue was still not fixed and Iagain got shifted to Room 218, .

I was again moved to 217, then 314, where the air conditioning was still insufficient, and no guidance was given on thermostat adjustment.
As a direct result of these failures:

• I suffered continuous sleepless nights
• I experienced severe headache, dizziness, eye irritation, and physical exhaustion
• I endured significant mental distress and anxiety
• Most critically, my professional work, meetings, and business objectives were seriously affected

This is worst Hotel and Service I have ever seen. and Equally Booking.com is worst

pleasant but need some improvements

They has scrambled eggs on Sunday , But not on Monday Morning before I checked out of the hotel. They should also ask quest what they would like to eat.

The Bath in which I took photo of as well too that I can send to you as well. over the Shower over the shower the ceiling was peeling apart look like asbestos that needed to be fixed also the room above mine 217 when they ran the shower or it seemed like water was running through the wall not through the pipe that needs to be checked out and looked at
