The atmosphere, staff and guests make the money well spent!
Pros:

They have plenty of options which is very nice. Cereal bars, fruit, yogurts, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, Oatmeal, cereals, mini muffins, Danish, bagels, bread for toast :) apple juice, orange juice and milk. If they wanted to upgrade the breakfast they could add a waffle maker or add hard boiled eggs,but not necessary as they have plenty of options as is. Coffee is served all day :):):)

Cons:

I enjoy my stay everytime I go so I have no complaints. I absolutely adore the staff especially Rikke, Shaleah, and McCoy. They are all down to earth, respectful, professional and will do everything they can to accommodate you. They care about your needs. In my opinion, they make this hotel go round so cheers to them and thank you :) also, yall need a raise and I hope you get one :) shout out to the cleaning ladies! They do a lovely job in the rooms and always have a smile on their faces (not an easy job). Shout out to the maintenance man as well! He helps out wherever needed other than just his job. Be nice to all.

Okay place to sleep.
Pros:

The hotel was okay. Nothing fancy. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was small and could use a bit of maintenance. The hotel staff was friendly. For the price I would consider staying again.

Excellent service, understanding staff, and a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Michigan. The staff is always very cooperative, understanding, and helpful. Last Friday, I visited Michigan to attend the funeral of one of our relatives, and I truly appreciate the hotel for accommodating both early check-in and early checkout. I interacted with three different front desk staff members across different shifts, and all of them were excellent—professional, respectful, and great communicators.

Everything met my expectations.

Great value, helpful staff
Pros:

Andre at the desk could not have been more helpful. He was very polite and very willing to help. It was much appreciated and made our stay even better. The room and price is a great value

Decent value for your money
Pros:

Free breakfast, comfortable beds, front desk and room had an updated look. For the price and area it was priced decently.

Cons:

Furniture needed to be cleaned on all sides and there was a smell in the room. The room could use a deep cleaning.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Nothing the entire experience was horrible at this property.

Cons:

Spotty Internet, blood on blanket and stains That were not ours, no clocks in the room,no coffee maker as presented in the ad, poor service to room, horrible breakfast. We stayed 10 days and every day I asked about servicing the room and towels they came one time. Every time I inquired I was told I’m on the list I’m on the list when I asked for the manager, she was conveniently off sick. Trash cans totally overloaded. Moldy ceiling tiles. Horrible, rude staff at the front desk. Man at the front desk threatened to have me thrown out when we merely inquired about the coffee maker that is indicated in your ad. The entire facility needs to be shut down it’s old and filthy, and no one’s doing anything for the upkeep.
