Pros:

location was good but inside the hotel is very bad condition

Cons:

No elevator so if you have suitcase to carry or have knee issue you are stuck
Ask for change bed sheet due lots of stain, looks dirty and very bad smell. front desk told me no one is available to change
Breakfast- only one half gallon milk but whole container was frozen, I asked front desk, the lady respond - this only one they have.
Very bad smells, found pets fair all over the place, very dirty carpet and mold in bathtub.

Was the worst hotel stay I have ever had

Cons:

The hallway walking to the room smelled so bad. Check in time is at 3pm we arrived after 5:30pm and one of our rooms we received the card to go in got to the room and everything was a mess and smelled. There was garage and used sheets on the floor in the hallway. The other room the carpet was wet from under the ac all the way to the bed and the room smelled of urine. We left and come back at a later time to give them a chance to fix’s these issues but when we go back the bed we’re made but they still didn’t not change our room to to the other issues. Plus the mess in the hallway was still there garbage and all. Think again before booking here.

Comfortable beds for an overnight stop, but hotel is decaying.
Pros:

It was a stop for a night and it worked. The bed was super comfortable and clean. The reception guy was decent.

Cons:

Where to start, the hotel is super run down (and usually I am fine with Days Inns) and our room stank of smoke. There are derelict cars in lot, door locks don't give much confidence and the filth between the family room doors was disgusting (we had our kids in adjacent room hence finding this out). The bathroom was grotty. Corridors stank too.

Very friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location for what I needed.

Cons:

Not enough outlets in the room.!The outlets that were available were so loose that everything I plugged in would just fall right out. I had to plug everything into the outlet in the bathroom.

this stay sucked beyond words and has yet been resolved..
Pros:

nothing management did not provide accommodations or resolve my issue to this day..

Cons:

same topics mentioned above i paid $209.54 for 2 nights kitchenette king room just to have 4 hours of power and a/c due to DTE that they have services with and severe thunderstorms and heat advisory all while 3 months pregnant and my husband recovering from heat exhaustion..

Unsure if I will stay again unless actions from the night are resolved!
Pros:

First we stay on a day that it stormed and they lost power. Something they had no control over. The bad thing was I still have not heard back from the manager about our refund. After leaving at midnight and driving. I was just told from the front staff that I would only be getting a percentage back. Completely unexceptionable!

Cons:

Hospitality was great! Felt terrible for the older gentleman that came in at 11pm and was put in a terrible situation! The manager does not follow through on things and I am very unhappy.

I will not stay here again or any of your other properties based on this experience.
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the hotel’s proximity to where I was going.

Cons:

The hallway and room smelled of pot and cigarettes. The clock radio and TV did not work. The hotel s run down as was my room. It needs maintenance and painting.
