Good location, otherwise not as expected
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

'City view' room seemed to mean a basement room with a view of a small light inlet. Room a little dated and tired in places, some marks to walls and cobwebs. Bathroom was clean and in good condition. Room was boiling hot and disrupted our sleep. Fridge was off on entering room which led to issues with medications I have which needed to be kept cool. Overall...ok

Well located with helpful staff
Pros:

Location near Marylebone station and the ability to leave luggage with the hotel was excellent, and the 2pm check in. Clean, comfortable room and very helpful, friendly staff.

Cons:

The included breakfast was not good, small choice of mainly low quality items, warm yoghurt, congealed hot items. Cutlery not 100% clean Would like to stay again but would give the breakfast a miss.
