Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

There was a knocking noise, late into the night which stopped, but started again.
We wondered was there a laundry near us in the basement. Also the outer window sills needed cleaning.

Effective place for sleeping in a short weekend stay,
Pros:

The employees are very supportive and helpful, the hotel is in a great location, the room was adequate for a minor stay. Breakfast is adequate, and renewed frequently in a small buffet. Cost was acceptable for the location in London.

Cons:

The hotel is separated in two different houses, in opposite sides of the street. The hotel does not present the quality expectable from a four star hotel. It can be ranked as a reasonable three star hotel, in a nice place.
The breakfast room is small, and the breakfast is certain not a four-star breakfast. Having breakfast means moving to the house that has that breakfast, which is, at very least, inconvenient if it is raining or cold.
The description of the hotel is misleading, saying that "higher floors are accessible only by stairs". ALL floors are only accessible by stairs; even the ground floor has a couple of stairs at the entrance, and all other floors are only stairs-accessible. Do not stay there if you have issues negotiating stairs.

Pros:

Konumu çok iyi güvenli ve merkeze yakın. Çalışanlar çok iyiydi güler yüzlü ve yardımsever her türlü isteğimize yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar.

Cons:

Odalar biraz küçük ve tesis çok dolu olduğu için ekstra yatak isteğimize karşılık veremediler ama çocuk için park yatağı verdiler

Great hotel for what I needed, would stay again!
Pros:

This hotel was just perfect for what I wanted. Room was lovely and clean, comfortable, quiet at night. The staff were really nice and helped with bags as I was on the first floor. Breakfast was really nice, a good selection of hot and cold options.

Discreto se la struttura è da considerarsi 3 stelle, se la considerassi 4 stelle sarebbe altamente insufficiente.

Non mi è piaciuto Booking che ha classificato hotel 4 stelle, non è da 4 stelle!
Camera piccolissima, buia ed interrata. No accappatoio, no slippers….
Loro sono molto gentili ma da 3 stelle, come fate a classificarlo 4 stelle?
Così mi sono sentito preso in giro da Booking e non dall’albergo. Loro sono dimensionati da 3 stelle e non è colpa loro se voi li classificate 4 stelle!

Clean, great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Bed was comfy, room was clean and bathroom was a fairly modern. Stayed in room 102.
The two chaps on the desk were super friendly and when we checked out, they looked after our bags so we did not have to drag them around London.
Location is great, short walk from Baker Street station

Cons:

Slightly noisy (from traffic outside), but I slept with earplugs in to mask it, which worked.

Pros:

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo hotel e posso dire che l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura è curata e accogliente. Un aspetto che ho apprezzato particolarmente è stata la straordinaria gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. La pulizia è impeccabile, sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni, cosa per me fondamentale e davvero ben gestita.
Inoltre, la posizione è strategica, ideale per muoversi comodamente e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse senza difficoltà. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio.

Brilliant hotel!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, the staff were so kind and helpful, couldn't fault them , room was great on 1st floor, exceptionally clean and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was very good, lots of options both hot and cold and a lovely girl who replaces everything very quickly..the location was fantastic, easy walking to places of interest and baker street tube just next street..The bus stop back to Luton airport was just down the street outside the pub, very handy, Regents park at top of Baker Street and lots of restaurants and supermarkets very close by..We loved our stay here and hope to return next year,10/10!

Wonderful location. Small but comfortable accommodations. Would stay here again.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. The rooms are decent with suitable amenities. Having a fridge microwave and a kettle was nice. Staff were awesome.

Cons:

Only two things really stood out. It was a bit noisy both from street noise which can’t be helped, but there was also miscellaneous noises in the room from pipes and such or other sources. But those can’t really be helped either I ok suppose. The only big detractor we had was a bathroom. We were in a couple of basement units opposite of each other with my wife and daughter in one and myself and the other. In her bathroom, there was a very strong cigarette smoke smell. I don’t know whether this was from a previous guest, who obviously did not obey the rules for no smoking, or if it was being brought in from outside by somebody smoking right by their window. But through our two nights we were there both of them would come over to use my bathroom because the smell was so strong in theirs. Apart from that it was a fantastic stay and that’s the only reason it’s a nine and not a 10. I know that some guests have complained that there’s no lift but for us that wasn’t a big deal.
