The good thing is room service came every day……The property needs a lot of work. The rooms need through cleaning and major updates. Our bedding was dirty when we arrived the towels were not clean either….. Lamp shades were terrible , refrigerator need cleaning along with microwave they were not bad but need some attention. Air conditioner was filthy it worked but made noises.
Elevator works but needs maintenance soon as you get on the panel is falling apart, elevator door closes before u can step on. No amenities. Vending machines were not working.
Pool area was absolutely disgraceful pool was filthy green water in the pool it needs cleaning and remodeling.
Located in a somewhat industrial looking area.

The towels were very thin. The bathroom was dirty. As well as the floor and it needed dusting. The AC was so noisy, but was necessary because it was stinky in room and hot. They needed to change the shower curtain as well.

Elevator was sketchy!

Absolutely horrible, the first room we got smelled like someone had just gone to the bathroom, (horrible). There was also water seeping out of the wall in the bathroom. And the TV did not work. We asked for another room. The 2nd room was much bigger but…half of the lights did not work, the phone did not work, the two AC units were so disgusting that I had to remove the main case and put in the shower to clean. All the smoke detectors were missing, there were holes in the walls, the main corridor of the hotel had no AC, ice machine was broken, every vending machine not working and pool looked like a swamp. Of all this the staff was incredibly kind and security was not an issue. Couldn’t beat the price, but will not be returning.

would not recommend. my room smelled like smoke, there were roaches crawling on my bed, poor lighting, dirty bathroom. The towels weren’t absorbent at all, it felt like I was rubbing myself with rubber

The hotel was awful, the pictures online were deceiving and clearly out dated. The pool looked like a swamp, the lobby smelled like pot, microwave didn't work, there was luke warm water at best in the shower. We never received clean towels or more toilet paper, there were stains on the sheets and half the lights in the room didn't work.

Dirty Sheets and towels in room, dead roach on the floor, puddle of water on floor, pool was green with literal trash floating in it. The pictures look nothing like what this place is now.

Much nicer than expected for the price. Not the best area but I’ve been in worse. I’d stay here again if need be.

This hotel has so much opportunity to be an awesome experience but was sooo poorly maintained…
There was a broken art piece with glass hanging over the couch which could have seriously hurt someone, missing lightbulbs, missing fire alarms, the pool was absolutely disgusting, poor smell, the couch was ripped with stains.. could go on and on.
I get it’s a cheaper price but sheesh what a disappointment to such a cool building.

Lobby and main area were very nice, although very warm and humid. Rooms were very spacious, however the couch in my room had cushions that were so worn, they barely fit the couch, and if you sat on them would sink down and legs would hit the frame of couch. In the bathroom, the bathmat was already laying on the floor. When I went to pick it up, it was soaking wet, like just recently used and there was water under it. One of the towels that I grabbed had makeup on it, as did one of the pillow cases.

Nasty, bed bugs, shower mildew, toilets not clean,lobby was very hot. I will never visit the place again
