Stayed in a luxury double room which was large and comfortable. Timed slots for the spa meant it is quiet & relaxing. Evening meals in the restaurant were superb, especially the raspberry soufflé. Staff friendly & knowledgable. Would definitely stay again.

The reason I marked down the staffing and service was due to the speed of sevice.
Breakfast took 40 mins from entering the restaurant to receiving my cooked breakfast.

Lovely hotel room. Pool restricted times were frustrating, as was charge for extra bed we weren’t informed of (which was removed from bill to be fair).

Had a great stay! The room was very spacious and well appointed, the restaurant was great and we really enjoyed the spa with our 2 year old daughter. Would be happy to come again!

Great hotel staff. Come if you love wine. Excellent selection. Buffet Breakfast options could be better but overall the food was good.

Had a lovely two night stay here recently, attention to detail, level of service and restaurant are all excellent.
Nice quiet spa with pool and gym.
Thoroughly recommend and a place we will undoubtedly visit again.

This hotel is excellent in every way. Service, location, food, and the room. Such close proximity to the Cotswolds but so elegant and private. Truly one of my favorite stays in my 3.5 week holiday.

A lovely country house hotel. Our room was very spacious with an outside patio where we enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine. The bathroom was large with a bath and a shower. We ate in the “Tasting Room” and very much enjoyed the tasting menu. The area outside the hotel has pleasant area with tables and chairs which we enjoyed as it was a warm sunny day. The hotel is quite expensive, but we thought it worth the money. The spa was OK, small and a little tired but we enjoyed our swim in the pool.

Restaurant and surrounding excellent Hotel a bit dated not great value

Superbly professional and friendly service. Enjoyed a room upgrade for a special birthday. Flowers and chocolates from the family were in the room when I arrived as well as a beautiful and delicious cake provided at dinner. Spa staff were friendly and added to the relaxation. It was a memorable celebration weekend.

The temperature in the room was very hot and the ac was not blowing cold air only hot. When staff were notified they did nothing to rectify or communicate further in anyway. On checkout they didn’t even ask how my stay was, and when I politely reported the issue I was merely thanked for letting them know. This is far from a 5 star hotel.

Lovely hotel only there for one night with work

Staff, food, wine, accommodation all excellent. Very individual customer focused. Well worth the cost. Could do with some renovations which are likely to follow (broken uneven paving) otherwise nicely maintained. A relaxed stay.
Perhaps breakfast quality could improve a shade and bath with shower over a bit basic for this pitch. But overall great.

Unfortunately I was faced with several communication issues throughout my stay.
Prior to reserving, I called reception to validate my spa entrance time however once booked I was told I could not have that time slot despite the Spa being empty.
The bed was quite uncomfortable due to it being two single beds being pushed together.
Lastly, I don't think the service at breakfast was up to standard, I was not told that I had all breakfast options including the A La Carte menu until AFTER I had eaten which was a shame.
