Pros:

L accueil par une jeune femme excellent ..
L ouverture du parking mériterait d être beaucoup mieux signalé.
Point très négatif ...20 euros par nuit pour un petit chien ?????
Il serait souhaitable de signaler le montant sur votre site .cela serait beaucoup plus honnête et permettrait a vos futurs clients de réserver en connaissance de cause .
D autre part avoir des gobelets pour se rincer la bouche après brossage des dents serait la moindre des choses ainsi que des brosses WC.

La ubicación estaba bastante bien y las camas también

Cons:

La falta de mantenimiento en todas las áreas. La suciedad en las escaleras, que parecía que hacía un año que no las limpiaban. La falta de luz y de limpieza en el parking. La dejadez en general. Para nada es un 4 estrellas.

Lage , alles war zu Fuß erreichbar, Zimmer war großzügig und sauber, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum hat die besten Jahre hinter sich, passt eigentlich nicht zu Erscheinungsbild des Hauses!! Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß.

Un muy buen hotel casi en el centro de Burgos.
Pros:

Desde luego y con diferencia la habitación. Espaciosa, limpia, cómoda, equipada y fantásticas vistas de la ciudad. El hotel muy cerca del casco antiguo e integrado totalmente en la ciudad.

Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y nos tocó ola de calor con lo que eso conlleva. El desayuno un poco caro habiendo mil posibilidades en las inmediaciones. El parking caro, menos mal que hay sitio por los alrededores

Un hotel con muchas posibilidades, pero fallos qué se podrían corregir
Pros:

Era silencioso, el desayuno era bueno, si bien que estuviese en un sótano, teniendo el edificio todo una esquina, era chocante

Cons:

La limpieza esencial era muy buena, pero los interruptores especialmente el del baño, muy sucio, también salpicaduras y restregones, en paredes( lo limpie yo, con toallitas húmedas.)....cristales muy sucios, y cortinas rotas
.la mesa lack de Ikea, era para abrir la maleta, el servicio de café, no fue posible, máquina estropeada durante mi estancia

L'oferta d'esmorzar ha estat per sota del nivell desitjat d'un 4 estrelles.
La situació de l'hotel, zona tranquil·la i fora del centre.

Cons:

Decebedor. La meva experiència en aquest hotel no va complir amb les expectatives que tenia en realitzar la reserva.
Les instal·lacions, neteja, servei personal, esmorzar, pàrquing,... estaven per sota del desitjat.
4 estrelles són moltes per aquest hotel.
