L’exiguïté de la penderie : 25 cm : difficile de ranger 2 vestes de moto. 2 étagères de la même dimension… 1 seule chaise pour deux et uniquement 2 prises dans la chambre dont une au sol

Cons:

El trato de la recepcionista el domingo por la tarde ( las de la mañana fenomenal). El aire acondicionado y la nevera estropeada y tuvo pocas formas, con gestos feos y borde al contestar. No tuvieron ni un detalle con nosotros encima de tener q cambiar de habitación. No está bien, tu pagas xq la habitación esté en condiciones y las consecuencias las pagas tu del error de su falta de revisión.

Buena opcion en Burgos.
Pros:

Todo en general. A destacar la atencion de todo el personal. Cafe o infusion de cortesia. Aceptan mascotas. La cama muy comoda.

Cons:

El baño tenia demasiados espejos para mi gusto, y la ducha es fija. Por poner algun pero.

El cuarto de baño estaba sucio, había pelos en la pila, bañera y bidé.. y restos de papel por el suelo, el papel higiénico estaba arrugado y se veían marcas de dedos en el.

La verdad es que estamos muy disgustados con nuestra estancia en el hotel.
Muy mal trato por parte de los empleados que no atendieron a nuestras quejas de las habitaciones.

La situación

Cons:

Este hotel no es de cuatro estrellas. El mobiliario deteriorado. En el minibar, te ponen dos briks gratis, pero no hay nada más, aunque lo quieras comprar. Fuimos la noche del sábado y como era la noche blanca en Burgos 139.50 euros. Lo pagamos pensando que nos íbamos a encontar un hotel de cuatro estrellas, pero fue una gran decepción
