Excellent location and service
Cons:

Excellent city centre location and with very useful parking. Staff on reception were really helpful and made our check in and welcome super easy after a long day driving. Great room and very comfortable bed. Great with our dog and even had a lovely dog welcome bag....very thoughtful.
Definitely one for us to stay at again.

Ce problème de fenêtre a un peu plombé notre séjour sinon tout le reste était nickel

C est propre le personnel est sympathique

Cons:

Dans la chambre 803 il y a un problème avec la fermeture de la fenêtre impossible de la fermer convenablement on avait l’impression d’être dans la rue entrain de voir passer les voitures

Tienen un personal que da gusto (creo recordar que la chica de recepción se llamaba Beth y otra un poco más mayor) con eso hace que aunque las camas no me hayan parecido lo más cómodas tengan un 10 de 10, es muy bonito y todo super limpio.

Las camas deberían de ser más cómodas, lo demás perfecto.
