Personal muy amable.
Pros:

baño muy deteriorado con fugas de agua, grifería muy antigua...desayuno aceptable a pesar de encontrar lo que debería estar caliente ya frio. caja fuerte no operativa. tv muy vieja. nevera vacía. llaves de habitación no funcionaron en dos ocasiones.

Avoid this hotel at all costs, the rooms are truly awful.
Pros:

The reception area gave the impression of a nice hotel, with chandelier lights and bi ho chic furniture, but this did not reflect the true state of the hotel rooms which were terribly dated and not fit for purpose. The staff were as helpful as they could be, but had little to offer in such dire accommodation.

Cons:

Do not stay at this hotel. The rooms in this hotel are the worst I have stayed in since I visited Cuba 30 years ago, under the embargo of fidal castro. The rooms are dark, dated and oppressive, they are painted in dark brown and dark orange paint and are truly awful. They lack power points and USB points at each side of the beds, the TV is dated and the remote control did not work. The air conditioning did not work and the room was very hot, open the window and there is loud traffic noise. The beds were low and very uncomfortable. The pictures displayed on booking.com are not a true reflection of how these rooms actually were and how they can say they are a 3.5 star hotel is a misrepresentation of the facts, considering the true state of the rooms they should not be advertised on booking.com as such. The room cost of 124.20 euros for the room with an extra charge for my dog and parking, this was extortionate considering the state of the room. The first room we were given the door would not open with the key card, so the receptionist tried with her key and the door still would not open. We were given another room which was bad, as I have described here with scratched and dated furniture, cheap wooden flooring with gaps where the floor did not meet the walls. I asked for another room, and was told this was a better room, but it was exactly the same. I complained to reception staff but they could do nothing but give me the email address of the director who conveniently wasn't there, I was offered a free breakfast which I refused, they said the hotel was due to be refurbished in April 2026, so why are these rooms being sold at high prices when they are In adequately presented. I would not keep my dog in this room at that price let alone two people. It let's down the B&B name. The car parking was deep underground at level - 3. It was dark, with no lighting and felt unsafe. Our car was grounded on each level of the ramps.

Los empleados eran muy atentos y nos atendieron muy bien.

Cons:

El desayuno Era un poco juntito de calidad, poca fruta, y el café malo.
La habitación, eran viejas y obsoletas, tambien el baño.
Hace una semana nos quedamos en un 4 estrellas en León y no tenía nada que ver con este hotel, la verdad
