Consistently praised: reception and staff described as very friendly and helpful (quick apologies, offered a free night with breakfast, provided charger, wake-up call, taxi), justifying a high score.
Location
8.5
Generally positive: convenient for motorway and near airport for many guests; one note about limited evening/public transport schedule but overall location is an asset.

6
Problems reported: non-working air conditioning (especially in heat), TV malfunctions, brown water and aging rooms, though some guests found rooms pleasant and bathrooms large.

Pros:

Pros:

The check out staff member was excellent

Cons:

The check in was one of the worst we have experienced. The check in staff need retraining in corporate hotel values and required service levels, even when dealing with a difficult and annoyed guest (me).
