Great service and good buffet breakfast, right in the downtown area of the city
We booked this hotel last minute after a disappointing Airbnb experience in downtown Vicenza, and it turned out to be a solid choice. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and while the Wi-Fi was quite weak, everything else was pleasant. Breakfast was decent to good. The location is a bit outside the old town, but it’s a nice walk. Parking can be tricky once the few available spots fill up. A fun bonus: it’s right next to the stadium where the legendary Paolo Rossi began his career.
We stayed here as part of a bike tour. The room was small, as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was okay, not great. This was an average 3 star hotel.
Every staff person was very friendly and helpful. They were eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
Stayed here one night on a bike tour and found it very good. Hotel is clean and modern, rooms are simple but quiet, comfortable bed, excellent shower and a very good size. Our room had a surprisingly large bathroom. Friendly helpful staff on reception and at breakfast. Only downside was that our room suffered badly from condensation on the inside of the windows, they have a bit of a damp mould around the window frames that the hotel staff are obviously doing their best to keep under control. About 15 mins walk to historic centre of Vicenza.
Good location
Great place to stay
This hotel was very convenient to get into the centre of Vicenza on foot. It was very clean and functional. However, what was completely outstanding was all the staff. Every single person we encountered was unfailingly, helpful polite, kind pleasant.
Room was really small
The heat in the rooms was unbearable, Air conditioning did not work properly. Front desk staff incredibly rude.
Very clean for older building excelent breakfast and 20 minute walk from train
This may not be a fancy hotel but I don't need fancy when I'm going to be out and about for most of my visit. It was clean, breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the area. I was able to do a lot of walking to do some sight seeing, shopping, currency exchange and eating. If I come back to Vicenza, I will look into booking a room here again.
Was a very nice, hassle-free and relaxing stay. The only slight problem I would say I had was with the heating at the hotel. It was far too warm at the hotel.
Always great service and good price. I highly recommend the key for those who want to experience downtown Vicenza
You feel at home.
I was incredibly disappointed with how I was treated. All the staff were lovely bar one. He was quite an aggressive and unmannerly receptionist and was very unfair about payments and dates. Completely ruined my holiday.
Lovely overnight stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk into old part of city, tho a distance from the train station, especially in the heat.
I have stayed here twice, once in 2015, and one recently. I love the location as I can easily walk downtown. The room, I had the last time was a junior suite. Quite spacious room and bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and was large.
The Beds are a bit firm which is probably an understatement, they were Fred Flintstone hard. However, even with them being hard I slept very well. The breakfast and the staff are where this hotel really shines. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good options. The parking can be a bit challenging but I expect that most places that are close to the city center.
Beds were very comfortable and the room was to standard although a bit outdated. Area around the hotel and the hotel itself was a little scruffy. Could do with some upgrades of the hotel to bring it to the next level but ok for one night.
Host was friendly, lobby was clean and tidy, and room was set and ready to go for check-in. The room had all the necessities needed but there was some mold in the corner of the room. There was a bit of mold in the restroom as well. There was a shower cap, plenty of towels, shampoo, and hand soap. Extra blankets were also supplemented. Overall the hotel was pretty great.
