Really nothing - if I had to be picky the valet parking fee but on reflection meant we didn’t have to worry once about the car and walked everywhere

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The premises were absolutely spotless and the grounds beautiful. Food was amazing. Absolutely couldn’t fault a thing.
The hotel has a dreamy atmosphere, great location unmatched in Bath, and beautiful interiors.
