Bom custo benefício com uma ótima localização.
Pros:

Nos gostamos muito da localização deste hotel, próximo a shoppings e no Batel, um bairro mais seguro, ficamos tranquilos para fazer alguns dos objetivos de nossa visita sem depender de carro.

Cons:

o Check-in on lline, perdi um tempão preenchendo os dados de toda família. Chegando no hotel precisei fazer presencialmente tudo denovo.

Estadia boa, podendo melhorar um pouco o atendimento.

Localização, café da manhã, tamanho do quarto, cama e limpeza. Atendimendo dos manobristas muito cordial.

Cons:

O atendimento de alguns colaboradores da recepção um pouco sem vontade (não foram todos) ficou um pouco a desejar (Pedi para desentupir a pia do banheiro e o serviço não foi realizado). Demora no check in.
