Pedi um quarto para casal e uma criança.
Recebo um quarto com duas camas, reclamei na recepção e pouco depois ligaram dizendo só que muito mais tarde poderiam retocar as camas e teriam que ver ainda se teriam roupas de cama.
Faltava 1 toalha e cobertor. Na sala do sofá cama nao tinha ar condicionado.

Estávamos em 03 pessoas no quarto e em nenhum dia que estivemos hospedados recebiamos 03 toalhas. Camareira colocava apenas 02, mesmo após reclamação. Faltava lençol também.
Academia do hotel muito ruim poucos equipamentos, sem ar condicionado.
Quarto é grande mas loft de 2 andares com uma escada bem ruim, difícil para famílias com idosos, crianças e PCD pois banheiro fica em cima.
