Un beau cadre extérieur, les sourires du personnel, le bar et son ambiance.
La taille de la chambre est un peu juste. La température de la chambre n'est pas réglable et bien trop élevée pour dormir.
Personnel d’accueil, petit déjeuner et au spa
Manque de personnel pour accueillir au parking une seule personne et le soir pareille. J’ai trouvé une vieille serviette dans le placard en boule et humide lors de notre arrivée
Café da manhã no Hotel muito bom, equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos.
Ficamos em uma vila que fica a mais de dois quilômetros de distância do hotel. A distância é muito grande para acomodar hóspedes do hotel. O local não tem pavimentação nem calçada na parte interna, o que provoca sujeira no local em função da poeira. Apesar de seguro, o local não tem chaves nos quartos e algumas portas estavam com problemas nas fechaduras.

De kamers zijn gedateerd en niet 5 sterren waardig.
Lovely pool and spa. On the edge of town.
Noise at night when trying to rest. Possibly staff moving items around in adjacent areas scraping the floor and banging around. Particularly walking in high heels on solid floor echoing around the building.

Le service de nettoyage pour un 5* est très limité, beaucoup de réclamation en début de séjour concernant la chambre, le service entretien extérieur de la terrasse. Restaurant de bonne qualité mais tarif très élevé….
The room was spacious, the grounds and the pool are relaxing , breakfast was Planty and the stuff was courteous and helpful.

Stupendo hotel a St. Remy. Giardino e piscina meravigliosi. Abbiamo gradito molto la Spa con sauna e bagno turco. Molto utile il servizio navetta gratuito per il centro.

Beautiful property, great facilities, pool was wonderful & the breakfast was perfect! Room was clean and spacious!
We loved the kids playground area outside and the kids room inside.

Staff at check in were not the most welcoming, especially given the price per night of the hotel.
Dinner service started too late for us with a toddler (7pm start, we weren’t served our meals until closer to 8pm)
Cadre verdoyant, proximité du centre ville, excellent petit déjeuner, grande piscine extérieure, personnel bienveillant.
Des événements bruyants (mariage, anniversaire) pour des non résidents à l’hôtel organisés le week-end alors que cet hôtel est normalement propice à la quiétude. Chambre très propre mais des détails de finition dans la salle de bain étonnant pour un 5 étoile.
