Très décevant. Besoin de rénovation. Service approximatif à part le Spa

Environnement et proximité du centre. Trés bon spa et soins

Décoration sombre et vieillote.
Besoin de rénovation. Équipements des chambres pas au niveau des standards actuels. Pas de connectique. Encore des vieux téléphones . Salle de bain à rénover . Piscine sale en fin de journée Je n’ai pas pu me baigner. Responsable de la réception désagréable avec des commentaires inappropriés. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel “ vous avez au moins fait le soin au Spa” Prise de 200€ au Check-in. Ce n’est pas la pratique

Absolument TOUT belle chambre très confortable petit déjeuner ROYAL piscine intérieure et extérieure très agréables
L’extérieure ouverte jusqu’à 1 heure du matin idéal pour en profiter quand la température caniculaire devient plus supportable
La navette pour aller dans le centre
Surtout surtout le personnel adorable souriant, chaleureux. Mention spéciale : Julien et Manon

Lovely hotel and grounds. Excellent service.

It is not a 5 star hotel experience. They need to train their employees to be less confrontational.

Agréable surprise de revenir dans cet hôtel et de découvrir sa rénovation. Maintenant , oui, c'est un véritable 5 étoiles. Situation géographique, parking, service, personnel, restauration, chambres, tout est à l'avenant. Bravo.

Cons:

L'ascenseur, forcément, mais ici, c'est le fournisseur de l'engin qui est à blâmer... Faudra, toutefois, régler le problème.

It is not a real 5 stars hotel.
At 8:30 am the construction in the hotel woke me up. If I spend 320 eu for a night in a 5 stars hotel I don’t expect any of this issues. It is a spa relax hotel, out of the city, to relax.
