An unfortunate time for us to visit

Hotel was modern and comfortable

Cons:

The lift was taken out of action by service team and consequently we were given a different room on ground floor which as not the grade that we booked, Manager Bryony said she would refund the difference which was £20, so I look forward to seeing that

It was good value for money the free swimming and gym for guests was a bonus

the room the staff where friendly the breakfast was nice good variety

Cons:

that at the time of our stay there was limited choice for dinner as there was a problem with staffing issue as there was not chef , i would have like some notice that this was the case as we would have made different arrangements for dinner as there as only burgers on the menu

Very clean comfortable room. Lovely leisure centre. Very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Rooms are tatty but I guess you can say they served a purpose. windows dirty, loft access hatch hanging of the ceiling. Location on a busy road so a lot of traffic noise too. Do not stay at the front of the hotel, horrendous.
