Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt well organized and the atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing.

We were also celebrating our anniversary during our stay, and Maria and team kindly surprised us with a lovely card waiting for us in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration feel even more special.

Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality and attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Hôtel agréable, espace piscine et sport appréciables
Pros:

Bon rapport qualité prix. Extérieur à la ville, au calme près du zoo, du stade de Murrayfield…
Pas eu le temps d aller à la piscine, juste la salle de sport qui est top ! On reviendra !

Cons:

Manque de prises européennes dans la chambre et pas de convertisseur disponible à l accueil

Pros:

The staff on the front counter were very helpful. The room was really big. Parked the car with ease as good car park.

Cons:

The door to our room was broken and didn't shut properly. The bathroom door was also broken. One of the lamps in the room had been 'repaired' with superglue. The windows were covered in mould.

L'ascenseur en panne depuis plusieurs mois semble t'il.
Aucune solution proposée pour monter les bagages au 2ème

Séjour très insatisfaisant, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses quatre étoiles…

- ascenseur en panne visiblement depuis longtemps avec une chambre au 2e étage (une cinquantaine de marches) et aucune organisation de port de bagage
- pas de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre. En signalant le problème à la réception, la réponse a été que l’eau du robinet était très bonne
- le robinet du lavabo non fixé…
- température trop élevée dans la chambre en mars bien que le radiateur soit fermé et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres car chambre donnant sur une voie très passante
- rien pour accrocher les serviettes car patère cassée
- très mauvaise isolation sonore dans l’hôtel, nous entendions les gens marcher à l’étage supérieur ainsi que nos voisins d’étage
- lumière du couloir très visible à cause d’un espace important sous la porte de la chambre
- petit déjeuner: salle glaciale, choix spartiate, deux cafetières sur deux en panne, pas de réassort, œufs au plat trop cuits
- hôtel bien trop cher (190€ la nuit) pour un service très médiocre. Cet hôtel est le plus cher et le seul totalement insatisfaisant de notre séjour !

The Leonardo was a lovely stay, 40 minute bus ride from the centre of the city for a good price.
Pros:

We were travelling for our honeymoon, and we were pleasantly surprised by rose petals on the bed, some snacks and a congratulatory message. The breakfast spread was very nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, a lovely stay.

Cons:

It wasn't entirely clear when booking that breakfast wasn't included, but it was inexpensive and easy to book while there. It didn't affect us, but the lift was out, and there were only stairs to reach the first floor, so if you have difficulty with stairs, it might be worth enquiring when booking.
