Staff in the restaurant and bar couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and helpful
Glasses and food boxes left outside our door from the next room for over 24 hours, had to as reception to get them removed..
Las habitaciones amplias con buena ventilación, el desayuno muy variado y completo
Nos hemos hospedado en el Leonardo de Belfast y Ámsterdam y estuvo excelente 10/10 pero en este fue muy decepcionante, nos quedamos 4 días y nunca limpiaron las habitaciones, ni las tazas del café las cambiaban, un día nos dejaron sin toallas, súper antiguo el edificio y los pisos supremamente ruidosos, nuestro vecino de encima no nos dejó dormir se la pasaba toda la noche caminando en la habitación, algo que rescatar el desayuno super completo muy variado caliente y frío, no volvería a hospedarme allí muy deficiente la limpieza de las habitaciones.
Room was okay. Sofa bed was awful. Lift was broken and we had to climb a lot of stairs with a young child and all our bags - staff were friendly enough but just about the bare minimum.
No air con, tiny window - absolutely roasting. Lots of empty glasses (beer, cider, wine) left in the corridors outside the rooms where we were, there for the entire 3 days we were there, never cleared. Gym is in a state - needs serious repair especially the rowing machines.

Parking was tight and very busy. The room was very warm and dark.

The location, cleanliness and very friendly staff.
It was a bit of a squeeze for 3 in the triple room and the bathroom was on the small side. It was quote hot and we couldn't open the windows very far.
Staff couldn't help you enough, they were fantastic and a credit to the hotel.
Cant complain about anything.
