Comfortable hotel but bad wifi

very happy, would stay again
Pros:

Everything was great, and the bed was so comfy. The staff are lovely and smiley. The reception could have let us know on arrival about having to request robes for the pool, but the lady was great and professional.

Cons:

The breakfast, ran out of plates, seemed short-staffed, and had to pick eggs up without a fish slice to serve. But all tasted great, even if the mushrooms looked gross.

Pros:

It’s ok but hardly 4 star . I don’t like young staff with their mobile phones on their back pocket of their jeans using their mobile phones when they should be working . You need more staff at breakfast and dinner . The lockers are broken in gents changing rooms . All the shower gel stolen or empty . Dirty floors . Found cold . Too slow service . Not enough improvements since last visit .

Clean and very efficient , friendly staff.
Pros:

Modern hotel. Clean and tidy. Plenty of car parking spaces although £5 a night.

Cons:

Room was a little on the noisy side as ours was adjacent to a busy road and with good weather lots of motorbikes accelerating hard from the roundabout and LOUDLY.

Lovely family get away
Pros:

Lovely staff - David at reception was so helpful and the restaurant staff were kind and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and sauna were great.

The staff were excellent, smiling and friendly, we didn't have the breakfast but sure it would have been very good

well not a major issue but a mix of herbal teas would have been good for me, I don't expect everyone to like herbal teas

Pros:

The breakfast was fine; I was disappointed that there was no marmalade on offer

I couldn’t take a shower as I couldn’t step in and out of the bath, being mobility challenged and elderly. It would be good to have a walk in shower as an option in some rooms
