Great front desk staff very clean hotel and great facilities

Cons:

One very small point no cups available at breakfast on the Saturday it was quite early into service so quite surprising paper cup offered not really addressing the issue, did not spoil the stay.

Really knowledgeable and helpful.


Real quality and luxurious pillows.
Really comfortable bed
Great breakfast with one exception.

Cons:

No lifts.
Bacon was raw, or very, very slightly cooked.

Great stay in a super friendly and clean environment! Will be booking there again.
Pros:

The room was lovely as was the pool and dining area and outside terrace.

Cons:

Not having been told in advance that the pool had restricted children’s hours and it was quite cold in the dining area due to the aircon being high - it was more pleasant outside!

Hotel bedrooms and staff were brilliant but I would choose to eat somewhere else!

Bedrooms were clean

Staff were friendly

Cons:

The food.. we had breakfast, dinner & room service and they were all awful and definitely not the worth the price unfortunately

We wish it was for longer!
Pros:

Everything - location, lovely room, swimming pool, restaurant. I also love the special touches for the kids re the activity packs and cookies and milk voucher
