Great stay in a comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Rooms were really comfortable and showers were amazing.

Food is very good though menu is a little limited but it suited us

Leisure Club hotel guest can be asked to Leave if some Members don't want you there.

Hotel is OK. Staff reception lovely

Cons:

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. My wife, child, and I had booked access to the pool during our weekend stay, only to be asked to move after another member complained about where we were sitting near the pool lanes. The situation was handled poorly and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
What was supposed to be a relaxing family weekend was ruined by the way staff dealt with the situation

Worth the visit
Pros:

The hotel was clean, tidy, and very kid-friendly. The staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic stay with excellent staff, especially David on reception, who provided outstanding customer service. Great roo

We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to return. David on reception was absolutely outstanding — his customer service was 10/10 and more hotels need people like him. He made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was fantastic, and the leisure area was excellent, with a great-sized pool and a lovely hot tub.

We also had lunch in the Brick Works restaurant, where the food was delicious and the cocktails were really good.

Overall, this was a fantastic find and we’ll definitely be returning again soon.

Super overnight stay and impressively kid friendly
Pros:

The staff were fantastic at every point. Despite not being an explicitly kid friendly hotel, they made such an effort with my 4yo and also went out of their way for my birthday which was so appreciated. I was on my way to the new forest for a day trip with my mum and daughter and almost didn’t throw in the night away as I wasn’t sure I’d find somewhere that would accommodate us at a reasonable cost that also felt like a bit of a treat (pool, restaurant etc.) and am so glad I managed to find this spot as it ticked all the boxes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a clean, beautiful, comfortable and modern place. All the staff were friendly and paid close attention to detail. There’s a lovely spa area (however, please note that there are time restrictions for children – they’re not allowed in after 7 pm). We’ll definitely be back

It would be even better if the rooms had a chest of drawers; having extra storage space to put away things from our suitcases would be a great addition.

This is a wonderful gem of a hotel, the staff when i checked in on the 02/05/2026, and throughout my stay were attentive and friendly. The bed is so comfortable and the room was if a good standard. The gym, pool and sauna were superb.
