Lovely stay, good value for money & would stay again but I wouldn’t use the bar & restaurant as it cost more tha

Very modern! Great reception team, hotel was only ten minutes away from home so a great location for us to unwind & take some rest bite. Excellent facilities for unwinding & loved the adult only pool access.

Cons:

Bar & restaurant staff need more training, no fault of their own. Dirty tables being cleaned after being seated. Dirty bar glasses. Finding objects left behind in our room from previous stays. Food & drinks overly expensive for what we actually received & took a long time to order & an eternity to get to our table. The service lets the hotel down.

Comfortable stay in clean modern hotel in great location
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable modern hotel I. Perfect location for cruise ship departures following morning. David and his front desk colleagues were brilliant, booking us a taxi and helping with luggage !

Pros:

Customer service was great!

Cons:

The room was a bit dusty and one of the bathroom light bulbs were running out which were a bit surprising considering everything else was great.

Family friendly hotel
Pros:

Swimming pool, air conditioning, handy there was a service station across the road to get some bits for the room. Very family friendly with the added extras - activity set, chocolate, cookie & milk, good bed for child

Cons:

At dinner, We had to wait ages for our dirty plates to be collected, whilst everyone around us was being attended to. Put us off ordering dessert as by that point we were no longer tempted.
