Clean hotel,staff was great in the restaurant and food was good too
A family with two children pays 450£ per night on a weekend and they usually want to have fun at the swimming pool area with their children,however you can just use a a small corner of the pool which is designated for families,and the gym membership goers make you feel like an outsider and unwanted especially when your children trespass into their boundaries,and they probably pay 100£ max per month to use the spa facilities like sauna,jacuzzi etc.and even the staff take their side at all times and treat you the same as gym membership owners
The staff were amazing, (special shout out to Sarah at reception) really friendly and courteous. Facilities were great, room was spotless, facilitated an early check-in for us,
Ate dinner here, perfectly cooked steaks, good drink selection, delicious brownie for dessert.
Plenty of car parking spaces onsite.
The bed was really comfortable, good linen, but the pillow was a little too soft for me - however to be fair, it's not a big deal, as I know some people like it exactly like that.

Clean modern hotel. Staff were very helpful and professional and always happy to help. I had some issue with the electric car charging station. The staff at the reception were very helpful, they called the provider and sort the issue out.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The interior of the hotel was beautiful and well maintained, and the food was very good with plenty of choice. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay there again.
That you pay a lot of money for the room and you still need to pay for the parking. That was the only thing we didn't like about the hotel
Very friendly welcome at reception
Breakfast was a little chaotic long queue for coffee machine.
Sailing from Southampton next day which was just a 25 minute drive so good base for our party of six.
Had a missed call from the hotel a few days before checking in in an attempt to secure dinner and breakfast reservations. I called back within 24 hours to make both bookings and provided a card for pre-authorisation. They managed to lose both bookings despite the pre-authorisation but the staff did try to rectify this but only if we sat outside. At the end of our meal (40 mins after finishing main courses) there was a partial attempt to clear plates then the waiting staff just seemed to disappear half way through the process. There was no attempt to take orders for dessert or drinks which despite the indifferent servicr is surely lost revenue? These points were conceded by management and a discount was applied to our bill.

Good location and was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and gym. Make sure you book time for the pool.
Breakfast was ok, toaster took ages, bread too large for toaster. It was all ok. No lift to 1st floor, if carrying heavy suitcase. We had overnight bag so not a problem.
Lovely hotel, nicely decorated, clean and new with all we need with our stay with our baby.
