Convenient location, clean facility, and professional staff.
Pros:

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Ubers serviced this area well with just a quick jaunt to the Fareham station. Easy walk to Titchfield Mill for dining options. Rooms have excellent lighting and a nice workspace. Lobby is bright and cheery as well as an atrium area. Gym is excellent.

Staff pointed me towards nice walking trails. Just a pleasure.

Top notch hotel with an average dining
Pros:

The room was nice and very comfortable. The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing.

Cons:

The restaurant was also just okay. The breakfast was okay. I was expecting more. Had a burger for dinner, and it wasn't up to standard. Overcooked dry beef with what looked like an English muffin bun. That's not a winning burger. The winning burger is juicy, served on a brioche bun. The chips were solid.

very happy, would stay again
Pros:

Everything was great, and the bed was so comfy. The staff are lovely and smiley. The reception could have let us know on arrival about having to request robes for the pool, but the lady was great and professional.

Cons:

The breakfast, ran out of plates, seemed short-staffed, and had to pick eggs up without a fish slice to serve. But all tasted great, even if the mushrooms looked gross.

Pros:

It’s ok but hardly 4 star . I don’t like young staff with their mobile phones on their back pocket of their jeans using their mobile phones when they should be working . You need more staff at breakfast and dinner . The lockers are broken in gents changing rooms . All the shower gel stolen or empty . Dirty floors . Found cold . Too slow service . Not enough improvements since last visit .

Clean and very efficient , friendly staff.
Pros:

Modern hotel. Clean and tidy. Plenty of car parking spaces although £5 a night.

Cons:

Room was a little on the noisy side as ours was adjacent to a busy road and with good weather lots of motorbikes accelerating hard from the roundabout and LOUDLY.
