Ok but expensive for overnight stay with no breakfast included
Pros:

First room smelled awful of drains , had to move second room much better. Disappointing as e were given an upgrade to first room

Pros:

Great weekend break near Beaulieu
Pros:

The staff were so attentive and polite. Our room was decorated with some lovely touches for our anniversary and such a surprise. Above and beyond xx

The staff make this establishment. Particularly Charlie our waiter was a delight

Refreshed decor, clean, great air con and friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast chef should be highly commended. Though it’s the same offering as other IHG hotels, the freshly-cooked food tasted better and it was clear that he took pride and care in his work. Great eggs and hash browns.
Also, decent bedroom air con that was very welcome in the hot weather.

Overall a very enjoyable child free stay and will hopefully return with our children so they get to experience this fant
Pros:

Hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, all staff we met were also very friendly and professional.
Spa facilities were brilliant and again very clean.
Food also very good, we had breakfast included and had dinner one evening and both were very good.

Cons:

The only negatives are the location but the quality of the hotel makes up for this.
The sauna could be hotter.
