Clean, good sized rooms
Spa closed before we could use it
It was very comfortable
My room with was close to the main road, hence the traffic woke me up at 4.30am!

Spa area don't have any bed where you could chill out and relax just swimming pool and jacuzzi so very disappointing 😑
Great stay for two families, the best sleep we'd all had in a hotel
The staff were excellent, smiling and friendly, we didn't have the breakfast but sure it would have been very good
well not a major issue but a mix of herbal teas would have been good for me, I don't expect everyone to like herbal teas
Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and good value. The facilities are good, if a little crowded in the pool area particularly.

I couldn’t take a shower as I couldn’t step in and out of the bath, being mobility challenged and elderly. It would be good to have a walk in shower as an option in some rooms

Layout of the breakfast buffet. Big plates need to be by the sausages. Need more cereal choice.
The staff and facilities were exceptional, not to mention the comfort and cleanliness of the room. It was by far the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Would definitely be booking again when I’m next in the area.
10/10 Everything was tip top. Gym and Health club excellent. Fantastic positive atmosphere throughout the hotel from the moment we checked in on Thursday. We are greeted at reception with an extremely professional staff member who made us feel so welcome from the off. Thank you.,
The breakfast staff were amazing and always made us feel so welcome each and every morning - class team of people. Management should be commended.
We stayed in a twin room (232) and it was absolutely brilliant. AC was great along with room refreshments.
