Monte-Carlo Beach

Had THE WORST experience in Monaco by the beach, with one of your staff.
We only asked for two sunbeds, first kicked us out telling us this is a private area (nobody was guiding us so we sat on an empty bed), then we were asked to walk to the other side and speak to the staff there. So we walked all the way to the other side and tried to find someone to help us. (There was a private event so we were asked to book sunbeds by the beach in advance. So we even have booked them)
The staff I spoke to was very hostile and rude to us. His attitude was like 'this is a private area so F off'.
I assume it was a form of racism, because I saw him being polite to other European guests there.
After just standing in the middle of it so a while, they finally gave us the beds, but at a very awkward place.
THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE AND SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN.
I hope nobody experience something I experienced, considering the amount of money paid to have a pleasant holiday with loved ones.

Exceptional customer service from everyone incountered that is impressive. Hotel is a bit dated but in very good condition with nice beach club. Only knocks are its a bit far from main attractions (30min walk to casino and 60min to Palace) and other restaurants

The recently updated outdoor areas are stunning. The Olympic-sized saltwater pool is serene and beautifully maintained, surrounded by elegant loungers and lush greenery. Direct ocean access offers the most perfect, tranquil swim imaginable, with attentive beachside service that makes it easy to spend the entire day soaking in the Riviera sunshine.

Each meal was a highlight. Breakfasts were fresh, generous, and served with a view that set the tone for the day. But lunch—lunch was something else entirely. Every dish was artfully prepared and bursting with flavor, the kind of cooking you’d expect from one of the top culinary destinations in Europe. Service was impeccable, and the setting made it all the more unforgettable.

Our room was luxurious, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with a sea view that felt almost surreal. The hotel car made exploring Monaco seamless, but we found it hard to leave this paradise. Monte-Carlo Beach Club Hotel is the kind of place you dream about returning to the moment you leave.

The hotel staff was very friendly, professional, helpful, & went above & to make our stay amazing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

We are just leaving Monte carlo beach hotel after our honeymoon and our stay was amazing. The staff here are incredible and are so helpful, facilities and resturants amazing, we kindly got an upgrade. We never wanted to leave. This was our first visit to Monte Carlo and I’m so pleased we chose Monte Carlo Beach to stay in…
The room is just incredible (23), the most beautiful view and balcony area, a turn down service and exceptionally clean.
The staff are wonderful, each and every one so friendly and attentive.
The spa offer a variety of massages, we had a Swedish today and throughly enjoyed it.
The pool area is just amazing, beautifully kept and again staff go above and beyond to ensure your comfort is perfect.
Fabulous location, we have enjoyed walking in and out of the main square and in the evenings the hotel arrange taxis to get us into the square although I think you can also call the hotel to help you with transport.
We will return to Monte Carlo as we have absolutely loved it, it’s a little hidden gem that we will be frequently returning to and we will always choose the Monte Carlo beach hotel.

Luxury! First class service.

We stayed at this hotel with our two (old) kids and had two exclusive superior sea view rooms. Overall our stay was excellent. The rooms are large and very comfortable with all the amenities one could wish for. Breakfast is à la carte and every item is to die for, from beds to pastries, fruits or eggs. The beach is not a sandy beach but it is very nice and it is very convenient to have access to the olympic swimming pool. The pool restaurant is excellent for lunch. We used to live on the French riviera during another life and the specialties from the south like Socca or Zucchini Begnets are among the very best we have had. Restaurant at Elsa was good but not amazing. The hotel has made many good suggestions for dinners. Overall one of our best hotel experiences.

It was beautiful…

A very average establishment that treat people that are not from Europe in a very demeaning manner. We booked several months ago but received a room that was unsatisfactory as if we booked yesterday.
Please consider other options.

The Elsa restaurant is outstanding and highly recommended.
We did the dinner tasting menu and it was perfectly presented and delicious . The service was fantastic . We found everything five star. And the view beside the sea is beyond romantic .

We visited this hotel once before for breakfast and lunch and really enjoyed it so we returned for 4days and we loved it the views are amazing are room was excellent food from breakfast too lunch evening meals were delicious when we went out in the evenings there was a driver that would pick us up if we had trouble getting taxi home from our hotel the reception staff were so helpful they would help us book fantastic restaurants around can’t thank you enough see you next year xxxx

The BEST service and the BEST hotel in Monte Carlo. The beach club is also a must do. The views of the Mediterranean and the access to the beach club make this the best place to stay, once you are here you really do not want to do anything else but enjoy this little spot!

This is our second time to stay in this property and we were blown away with the exceptional service!

Let’s start with the director of f&b Romain Rigoni: on our first day, Romain recognized us (he only met us once last year in the crowded Cafe de Paris) and welcomed us back. He was always available even during his days off and ensured that our f&b requests are met. He takes the time to come up to a guest and chit chat, genuinely listening and ensuring that they’re having a wonderful time, yet being professional and discreet. Hardworking person, we see him by the pool, at the garden, and all around the hotel all the time.

Breakfast:
Florine, Eva, Roberta, and Sylvain made our breakfast experience wonderful. Nice touch from Florine to recognize us from last year! They made sure that we have everything we needed without us asking or following up. The simple attention to details such as fixing the umbrella so our child doesn’t stay under the sun is well appreciated.

La Vigie:
Didier the sommelier has helped us well and recommended amazing selection of wines. Whenever the restaurant is busy, he helps the other servers by attending to other guests.
Emma was exceptional. Her energy and warmth while serving guests is palpable. It was a pleasure to be served by her as she was not pushy with menus yet can recommend well.

Reception:
Celine of concierge did an amazing job in arranging a surprise for my husband’s 40th birthday. She went out of her way to call people and bring in a specific request I had. She not only delivered but ensured that everything went well.
Emilie of Reception handled our requests and bookings with ease. She ensured that our next reservation was in place.

Garden/ Beach:
Lucas despite working under the scorching heat always greeted us and assisted us cheerfully. His attention to guests, checking up on us from time to time if everything is good is such a nice touch. He made us feel special and important.
Jeremias who took care of our f&b orders since last year has always ensured we were attended to. He is the easiest to call as he pays attention to the guests including us.

Our first visit here and was most impressed with the excellent service, cleanliness of the room and location. Beds were rather small - this is often the case in French hotels - but they were comfortable. Excellent shower and bathroom and we had direct access to the terrace, which is recommended. The staff were superb, everyone of them, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble and a big thank you to all of them for making our stay most enjoyable.
It is primarily the Monte Carlo Beach Club with an adjoining hotel of only 40 rooms. Huge pool, pier and beach area, with private tents/cabanas some of which face onto the beach. Though a fairly large complex, it is generally nice and quiet during the week, but during public holidays and weekends it is inevitably very busy and noisy as the club is used by local people and their families. However, this is not noticeable at the hotel, which is peaceful.
Walking distance to Monte Carlo, especially Larvotto Beach with its excellent restaurants, and for the coastal footpath towards Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

This place lives and breathes the Relais and Chateau aesthetic and philosophy. The rooms are nicely decorated, airy, with many bells and whistles, nice touches about. Service is outstanding. The view is singular. This is worth carving out time to visit. Thank you to all of the staff, who worked so hard to make so everything special. Worth the price, every euro! A must go-to in the Cote D’Azur.

THE place to be ! Quiet enviroment with breathtaking view on Monaco. Very supportive and friendly staff, creating a very personal athmosphere. New Chef in the kitchen has set up the menue back to the kevel where is should be - congratulations. Always feeling „home“ whenerver I‘m there.
