Historic details, kind and attentive staff, excellent location. Spa bath and very cushy towels.
The second bathroom in suite needs solid window covering and should be updated; shower could be updated (otherwise it was clean and functional) and toilet did not reliably flush

Het personeel van Le Cep weet precies hoe ze je heel speciaal laat voelen. Van aankomst tot aan vertrek geweldig.

Excellent location in historic buildings but with spacious rooms. Staff were very professional and obviously well - trained. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the A/C functioned well in the heat wave. We also had a very large private terrace that we spent evenings and early mornings on.
My partner did not like the dated appearance of the furniture and fittings but that did not bother me — location and cleanliness more than compensated for me.

Nothing
Very good hotel in the centre of Beaune. The hotel has got lots of history and the atmosphere and decorations are exceptional and throw you back in the 1600s.
King Louis XIV stayed at the hotel for 4 nights during is reign.
The rooms are very good, the double were a bit small but the suite are very nice.
Breakfast was really good.
Also they have a car park (at a small cost) which is really good considering the location
