Lindo lugar para pasar en pareja.
Pros:

Mini golf es excelente ! lamentablemente fuimos durante la semana y no habia mucha actividad, pero supongo que fines de semana si ya que tenian bar hasta un poco mas tarde.

Cons:

En realidad el lugar muy lindo y todo lo necesario, lo unico que no nos gustó fue que pedimos 1 cama grande, pero recibimos dos camas pequeñas unidas que lamentablemente eran muy duras para dormir.

Ein schöner Ort um auch in kurzer Zeit sich in den Ferien zu fühlen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross und zweckmässig für uns als Familie gut.
Der geheizte Pool und generell die Umgebung mit dem Park ist sehr gut um sich zu erholen aber auch etwas zu unternehmen.
Als Ausgangspunkt ideal zum See in Ascona oder nach Locarno. Beides sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar.
Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant mit professioneller und aufmerksamer Bedienung.

Cons:

Der Empfang an der Reception sollte freundlicher und Aufmerksamer sein.
Wenn man bereits das 5. Mal dort ist, sollte das bekannt sein und nicht die Frage kommen "waren Sie schon mal bei uns".
Ansonsten wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel, dsss jederzeit sehr gut zu empfehlen ist!

Gelungen und genüsslich wie erhofft
Pros:

Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist nicht zu übertreffen - wunderbar.
Pools, Wellness und Spa sind gelungen.
Die Parkanlage ist wunderschön.
Die Lage ist mit Auto sehr gut.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis entspricht meinen Vorstellungen.

Cons:

Dazu habe ich nichts Effektives festgestellt, einzig das erhaltene Einzelzimmer wird sich mal über ein moderneres "Remake" freuen.

Einfach schön und sehr Hundefreundlich
Pros:

Absolut Hundefreundlich!!! Wir durften unsere Husky Hündin zum Frühstück mitnehmen, logischerweise nicht ans Buffet, aber an den Sitzplatz. Auch am Pool durfte sie uns begleiten in einer der hinteren Reihen, was mega schön war. Das Hotel und der Park sind sehr gepflegt, schön und für Familien, Hundebesitzer und auch Paare ideal. Wir gehen bestimmt wieder!

Cons:

Wenn ich jetzt suchen müsste, die anfangs fehlende Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage...

Erholsame, schöne und Zeit zum entspannen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Trotz Autobahn in der Nähe sehr ruhig. Der Park und Wellness Bereich ist super. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

We enjoyed our stay. Wanted to come back in summer but we don't think we will.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The closet lacked a tall enough space to hang dresses. Everything was very clean and well-appointed. The room was on the 1st floor and looked over the roof of an extension--so a limited view of the mountains. The breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

We found the staff to be hit or miss. We had a couple of wonderful staff members at breakfast and dinner. But at least for two mornings, the staff was very rude and impatient. It was almost like we were a nuisance. This actually made us dislike the breakfast experience in spite of the lovely setting and great food. When my partner asked a staff member for a cup of coffee, she was told curtly to wait as he was busy with something else.

Gut und praktisch mit Hund; Preis für Hund jedoch viel zu hoch!
Pros:

Wie immer, gute und saubere Zimmer; ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Eigentümer-Familie unfreundlich, d.h. Wenn sie sich schon im Speisesaal aufhalten, sollten sie zumindest die zahlende Gesellschaft grüssen und der beste „Parkplatz“ gilt als selbstverständlich sie reserviert! Grundsätzlich gilt „der Kunde ist König“; hier aber gelten andere Regeln. Während der Umbauphase könnte man mehr Fingerspitzengefühl zeigen!!!
