Fantastic
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised with staying at the same room we stayed before. That was a very nice touch from the the staff. Lovely spacious room with view to the mountains and pool. Amazing breakfast as always. The Spa facilities are also superb.

Pros:

Personal an der Reception sehr freundlich. Wellnessbereich schön, sauber und gepflegt. Gratis Parkmöglichkeit und Hotel eingebettet in einem grossem grünem Park. Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig und sehr reichhaltig. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel war sehr lecker und gut portioniert.

Cons:

Lage etwas abseits, jedoch Bus in kurzer Gehdistanz.Zimmer nicht mehr ganz auf dem neusten Stand, aber sehr sauber. Habe am letzten Abend im Hotel gegessen, Personal war korrekt, aber eher distanziert, ich fühlte mich nicht wirklich willkommen. Am Abreisetag beim Frühstück keinen Kaffee bekommen, da sich scheinbar niemand vom Personal für mich zuständig fühlte, ein no go!

Pros:

Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber, alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück liess keinen Wunsch offen. Sehr reichhaltig, frisch, vielseitig, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, perfekt für Ruhe, aber trotzdem ist man schnell in den Zentren. Geniale Aussenanlage, sehr grossflächig, auch mit Kindern. Wellnessbereich ist auch zum geniessen

Meine Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr schön. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
Pros:

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einem sehr schönen Park, das Wellness und Fitness Gebäude ist neu und sehr komfortabel ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Leider ist das Badezimmer respektive die Dusche in der Badewanne, sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Demasiado caro por lo que ofrece
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, lo mejor del hotel.
Pudimos disponer de la habitación desde el mediodía y nos dieron un upgrade de habitación.
El desayuno estaba muy bien. No diría que fabuloso ni que los productos son de calidad, pero sí que es completo y variado.

Cons:

Los colchones fueron realmente incómodos, muy blandos.
Las instalaciones están bien mantenidas, pero son viejas.
La vista desde la habitación no es del todo linda, da a la piscina.
La parte de wellness para mí dejó mucho que desear. Una pequeña pileta interna con el agua bastante fría.
Un sauna pequeño, una sala de vapor y un espacio de relax con poca iluminación.
El gimnasio no lo usamos.

Sehr schönes Hotel / Anlage. Pool aussen ( unbeheizt ), innen ( beheizt ), grosses DZ mit Balkon zum Garten ( 217 ), freundliches Personal, schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Es wird alles gehalten was versprochen wird.
