Pros:

Food was good and the room large

Cons:

Room was dark with poor lighting. The pool was smaller than expected and cold very cold

Mooi uitzicht en schone kamers en sanitair

Cons:

Badkamer was erg klein. Bij het boeken zagen wij een foto waarbij de badkamer groter was dan wat wij hebben gekregen en dat viel ons wel een beetje tegen

Der gesammte Aufenthalt hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen.
Bis auf die Matratze die viel zu weich war,gibt es keine Mängel.

Rude and agressive unfriendly staff
Pros:

The staff were terrible. Strangers somehow accessed my friends room with a key. First the staff lied to them (swapped round the keys which didnt make any sense as this other couples stuff was not in the room) then when my friends bought up the issue again on check out the staff were hostile and agressive "you have already complained about that".

Hartstikke fijn.
Pros:

Het uitzicht was prachtig.

Cons:

We moeste meteen betalen na een drankje in de bar. Dit zijn we niet gewend in andere Fletcher hotels. Dit doen we bij de eindafrekening en bij vertrek. Maar misschien nieuwe regels.
