I couldn’t get the hair dryer to work and there was no bar soap but other than that it was good.
Worst experience ever!!! Desk clerk swearing and totally rude
There was nothing there for cooking, not even a coffee pot
TVs did not work
Door was hard to open
Phone is NOT connected
No bath soap or hand soap in bathroom
No anti slip mat in shower
NO CHAIR OR DESK IN THE SUITE
Curtains do NOT close completely,(street lamp right outside the window)
The room and hotel itself was no very clean. The whole building had a weird smell to it and the 3rd floor reeked of cigarettes. The hallways and our room had visibly damaged areas. I killed a spider in our bed and did not feel comfortable sleeping it. I went with this hotel because it I thought it was 4 stars, but upon further inspection, it had one 4 star review and multiple reviews written by employees that worked there. All in all, would not recommend. Maybe if you're doing a quick overnight, but definitely for nothing longer.
Jetted tub wash fairly clean, no yuck in the jets but a little scummy nothing a wet rag didn't fix tho. Lovely staff and relatively quiet
Outside of the building looked nice. Booked 1 night through Expedia for Chaska music fest. Checked in and they had me booked for 10 nights. Took forever to check in. Walking down the hallway to my room it smelled like rotten food in another room that i passed. Walked into the room and immediately noticed a mouse piss smell...after walking around the room I found that the ac/heater unit under the window was the source of the smell. Took the cover off and it was very dirty but no evidence of mice. The drawers of the dressers were dirty and the corners looked like a dog was chewing on them. Looked next to the night stand and there was a dirty sock down there. The pillow cases looked like there were drool stains on them. Stains on the walls and curtains. Slept ontop of the sheets with (probably dirty) towels over the pillow case. Bring your own bedding and pressure washer to clean the room if you stay here
Our room had a disfunctional deadbolt, our TV was unhooked, no iron, no coffee maker, no dishes, smelled like an ashtray, splatters on walls, stained and crumb filled couch, hair dryer has a dangerous plug... All around terrible. Also, pool and hot tub closed since COVID.
Two of our three rooms were DIRTY because housekeeping did not make up the rooms. Dirty beds and bathrooms. They moved us only after we complained. Front desk was very unorganized when we tried to check in at 9 pm. The rooms are run down and very beat-up. Rooms smelled of smoke. The bedding was old and wore-out. This property caters to month-by-month guests.
Clean room but run down place
Pet friendly. Huge 2 room ^apartment áźźð
We left 1-1/2 hours after checking in. The room was in poor condition overall and the walls were paper thin. We were at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor near the stairs and the door to the stairs kept opening and it kept us awake. We checked out at 11:30 pm and there was armed security in the lobby. Overall, very unsatisfactory review.
Was nice
Walls were paper thin — noise from hall. Broken light bulb. Horrible hard pillows. Very barebones at best.
The hotel itself is nice. Foyer is very well kept and looks amazing. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Wonderful outdoor area with walking paths to the river. Great views. The room its self need improvement. Inconsistent paint job, the draps in the bedroom were broken, and after mentioning it 4 times they were never repaired. Had to secure it myself. TVs were rather old. The overall room was nice though. Big kitchenette, dining table. The couch was comfortable and the room was very spacious and clean. We felt very relaxed for the trip and hope to come back next time and maybe see it in better condition.
Incredible value and staff were excellent
Pictures were very deceiving with this hotel. Once inside, the room was old and dirty. Pet hair on the bed spread of a hotel that doesn't allow pets. Either mold or dirt around the windows. The shower/tub was horribly stained. There was paint peeling/chipping on the walls. The front desk clerk sat on the curb in front of the hotel finishing her smoke break before checking us in after we had just walked past her. Upon arriving back at the hotel after dinner the police were in the lobby dealing with another guest. Even the police officer said he wouldn't stay at this hotel. We checked out immediately.
The manager Brandi was greet as well as the front desk person Sara. Great security !!
Love this place. The reviews did no justice.
We booked 3 king beds with pullout couches. When we checked in we were assigned one king bed and two queens. Room one; blood on the shower curtain, pull out inaccessible due to TV stand. Black mold in shower. Numerous holes in the walls. Room 2; broken entry door looked like it had been kicked in at one point. Dirty towel that was folded up and presented as clean. Huge stain on the carpet. Smelled awful. Pull out inaccessible due to TV stand. Room 3; broken lock on the door didn’t lock unless you pulled hard on it which had evidently been done many times as the lock was loose on the door. Smelled like it had recently been fumigated. Bathroom vanity falling apart, broken toilet top, feces on the bathroom wall as well as the bed skirt. Air conditioning worked intermittently. We paid an additional $50 deposit on each room which wouldn’t have been an issue if the rooms were in good condition. Hallways smelled like urine. Staff were all pleasant. We did not complain as we felt like there wasn’t anything they could do about the things we found, this hotel was simply in disrepair. Definitely more of an extended stay place. The hotel website does note new ownership, when we got there a staff member was power washing so you can see they’re trying to make improvements. I wish the photos advertised would have been more accurate.
